Vi assicuro che con me ha funzionato e continuo a vedere i risultati: Sono una neo mamma e in 6 settimane Alena mi ha rimesso in forma potendo rientrare nei miei vestiti! Allenamento personalizzato in base ai vostri obbiettivi e consigli molto utili sull'alimentazione.
È un investimento da fare se realmente volete arrivare tonici in spiaggia quest'estate!
