Le docce puzzano di muffa e hanno perdite che non vengono riparare per settimane. La Spa è spesso chiusa o non funzionante. Informazioni mia pervenute su situazione aperture/chiusure Covid. A fine Giugno 2021 ancora chiusa. Prices a bit expensive for the services offered. The machines have seats and cracked plastic parts that scratch the skin. The showers smell of mold and have leaks that don't get fixed for weeks. The Spa is often closed or not working. My information received on the Covid opening / closing situation. Still closed at the end of June 2021.

Cioè costringono ad attivare nuovi abbonamenti per usufruire del voucher! Vauchers fasulli. Ma che la fanno?? Che brutti furbetti. Che fregatura. Disincentivano a riscriversi.. Meglio non frequentarli!!!! I corsi durano meno di un ora… e si può stare dentro per massimo un paio d’ore al giorno. Quindi è chiaro che si è di fronte ad un aumento sproporzionato per i clienti che gia erano iscritti pre covid Non c e molto da fare/pochi attrezzi, inoltre non prende neanche il telefono!! i corsi sono brevi e non offrendo più neanche sauna/spa non si ritiene assolutamente proporzionato né idoneo il prezzo che chiedono… Estremamente poca comunicazione da parte dello staff riguardo ai vouchers per gli abbonati e alla riapertura post covid.. Cost 130 euros per month… NOT AVAILABLE !!!! alternatively VESSATORIA invite you to make long-term subscriptions (of about ninety euros per month) and shell out more money after reopening covid. a	alessandra tisci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefono al centralino per avere informazioni generiche, spiegando che mi sono trasferita da poco nelle immediate vicinanze e vengo trattata con scortesia, sbrigatività, non riuscendo a formulare o finire la benchè minima frase o domanda, perchè chi dovrebbe ascoltare dall’altra parte, invece di farlo parla a vanvera pensando di intendere già tutto e dando risposte non richieste. Una cliente in meno, perchè chi svaluta in questo modo il primo approccio con una cliente, vuol dire che non ha capito nulla di questo lavoro!

Potenzialmente potrebbe essere una bella palestra ma......macchinari decisamente vecchi, pochissima manutenzione, sedute scrostate; docce sporche e spesso maleodoranti; assenza di personale in sala (bene che vada presente un solo trainer); corsi sempre più ridotti come frequenza e varietà; la SPA, venduta come fiore all'occhiello, perennemente chiusa (in manutenzione.....) anche in periodi pre covid. Post covid: riapertura a settembre (le altre palestre di Milano hanno aperto tutte ben prima dell'estate); i mesi non goduti trasformati arbitrariamente in voucher da spendere per nuovo abbonamento a prezzi raddoppiati; se non ci si sbriga a prenotare giorni prima l'ingresso impossibile accedere.......... Non parlo di truffa ma di sicura delusione: esistono tante palestre che offrono più servizi, personale presente e preparato, location migliore, prezzi notevolmente più bassi e soprattutto che reputano i clienti non polli da spennare ma risorse da coltivare e fidelizzare nel tempo. Potentially it could be a nice gym but ... definitely old machinery, very little maintenance, peeling seats; dirty and often smelly showers; absence of staff in the room (only one trainer should be present); courses increasingly reduced in frequency and variety; the SPA, sold as a flagship, perennially closed (under maintenance .....) even in pre-covid periods. Post covid: reopening in September (the other gyms in Milan all opened well before the summer); the months not used arbitrarily transformed into vouchers to be spent on a new subscription at doubled prices; if you do not hurry to book entry days before you cannot access .......... I'm not talking about a scam but a sure disappointment: there are many gyms that offer more services, present and trained staff, better locations, considerably lower prices and above all who consider customers not chickens to pluck but resources to cultivate and retain loyalty over time.
