Finché si tratta di 730 va tutto bene, sono disponibili, simpatici e preparati (do due stelle invece di una sola solo per loro) ma quando si tratta di documenti per la disoccupazione pare di essere Asterix che cerca il lasciapassare a38. Danno informazioni parziali ed errate se contattati telefonicamente, e ti guardano come una povera scema se di conseguenza ti presenti senza un determinato modulo. Per fortuna non sono gli unici in zona!

 I have rarely found such incompetents in an office, and that is saying something. As long as it is about 730s, everything is fine, they are available, nice and prepared (I give two stars instead of just one for them) but when it comes to unemployment documents it seems to be Asterix looking for the a38 pass. They give partial and incorrect information if contacted by phone, and they look at you as a poor fool if you consequently show up without a certain form. Fortunately they are not the only ones in the area!
Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posso dire che la gentilezza non manca, ma sono troppo lenti a fare le cose pure per prendere un appuntamento mi sono meso un'ora, può darsi che sia mancanza di personale anche si non e una giustificazione, perché ce ne di persone disoccupata con voglia di lavorare ......

The environment is a bit messy but the people who work there are very helpful and kind.

Bad experience. Little seriousness and transparency. They kept me in the dance for 23 days and then told me they don't have time for new customers .... crazy stuff !!!

- non ho mai ricevuto la lettera di assunzione corretta,
- se non mi fossi ricordata io non mi avrebbero mai mandato i contributi da pagare,
- non mi hanno mai detto/ fatto le procedure per il licenziamento della tata, mi sono dovuta arrangiare da sola.
Dovessi aver bisogno ancora non mi rivolgerei mai più a loro
Really bad experience on the side of housekeepers and caregivers. In 3 months:
- I never received the correct employment letter,
- if I hadn't remembered I would never have sent me the contributions to pay,
- they never told me / did the procedures for the dismissal of the nanny, I had to fend for myself.
Should I still need it, I would never contact them again
