★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mi hanno fatto pagare uno sproposito per una piega tinta e spuntata delle punte, aparte la tinta che era giusta, il taglio è stato eccessivo non eseguito come richiesto, e la piega non era assolutamente fatta come volevo. ho pure dovuto aspettare un sacco di tempo tra una fase e l altra. a eccezione una ragazza gentilissima non sono stati molto cordiali. a un certo punto mi hanno affidato a una ragazza chiaramente inesperta. non ci tornerò più.
they made me pay a lot for a dyed and blunt crease of the tips, apart from the color that was right, the cut was excessive not done as required, and the crease was absolutely not done as I wanted. I also had to wait a lot of time between one phase and another. except a very kind girl they were not very friendly. at one point I was entrusted to a clearly inexperienced girl. I will not go back there again.

I've always been with him. Never once dissatisfied and hairdressers not up to par have I found so many! Super nice and smiling. And I am from Germany and I am also difficult as a customer. Thanks to all the Miró team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for a consultation for doing a highlight on my hair. I showed them a photo and they said it is possible to be done on my hair. Fast forward 3 weeks later today I went to my appointment and after starting the process they brought 3000 reasons why the final result cannot be similar to the photo! They told me if I want my hair to be similar to the photo I should come back in September (And of course pay €170 again!!!).
They could tell me the results cannot be similar to the photo during the so called consultation session. I could decide better if I had those information before. Besides that, I am sure my hair could definitely look like the photo, if they knew their job, as I did the same job on my hair before elsewhere! I believe it is not enough to be smiley and nice (despite I didn't see anything extraordinary. I am just commenting on other reviewers always referring to the stuff in Miro as friendly and nice), but rather you need to know how to do your job and behave professionally!
It was not so painful if I went to the hairdresser in my street and paid €50 for the same result! Please just compare the photos!!! Why did I need to pay €170 for a very wrong job??? I have been to many hair salons all around the world, this so far has been one of the worst!

I didnt want a blow-dry so they were okay just giving a cut (some places wont). I’m not an Italian speaker so I also appreciate them speaking English and being patient about communication:) Grazie milleee
