Lei e le ragazze del saloon sono delle vere e proprie professioniste, delle maghe delle extentions. Poi sono molto gentili e cordiali, ti mettono a tuo agio. Consiglio assolutamente!!!!. I fell in love with this shop! . I left Bologna specifically just to get my hair done by the famous Kumba. She and the girls in the saloon are real professionals, magicians of the extentions. Then they are very kind and friendly, they put you at ease. Absolutely recommend !!!!.

Lei e le sue ragazze sono fantastiche, molto gentili e molto professionali. Mi sono affidato alle loro mani esperte e non ho dovuto spiegarle come li volevo perché hanno fatto tutto loro. Io sono molto pignola su questo perché i capelli per una donna sono fondamentali e loro sono state meravigliose. Grazie infinite After doing Extension with the weaving method in other stores, I found Kumba and I was fully satisfied. She and her girls are fantastic, very kind and very professional. I relied on their expert hands and I didn't have to explain how I wanted them because they did everything. Poco prima di entrare per curiosità, guardo le recensioni e sembrava un buon parrucchiere. Appena entro, avevano una limitata scelta di extencion bionde. Dopo qualche minuto , una delle dipendenti si toglie le scarpe e appoggia i piedi senza calze affianco a me, su uno sgabello. Un altra , quella che mi stava facendo l’ applicazione, mi metteva in testa il mollettone che aveva su i suoi capelli. Dialogo e accoglienza cliente assente , erano in 4 e parlavano solo nella loro lingua. E ora , il momento peggiore .. quando arriva il momento di pagare. Totale assolutamente superiore a quello accordato al telefono ( ma fa niente, non era quello il punto ) .. chiedi di pagare con il la carta e mi dicono che non è possibile perché non gli funziona. Dopo più di due ora , tra insulti pesanti e loro che non volevano farmi andare via , con l intervento della polizia, si è chiusa l’ “ esperienza “ . Non fidatevi delle recensioni, io ho sbagliato !!!!! Bad experience. Before I go, I call and I am told a certain amount. After a few minutes, one of the employees takes off her shoes and puts her feet without socks next to me on a stool. Another one, the one who was applying me, put the flannel on her hair on my head. There was no dialogue and customer reception, there were 4 of them and they spoke only in their own language. And now, the worst time ... when it comes time to pay. Total absolutely higher than that agreed on the phone (but it doesn't matter, that was not the point) .. you ask to pay with the card and they tell me that it is not possible because it does not work. After more than two hours, between heavy insults and them who did not want me to leave, with the intervention of the police, the "experience" ended. Don't trust the reviews, I was wrong !!!!!
