★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono profondamente delusa dalla politica respingente della piscina. avevo scelto un corso (frequentato da 3 persone) e volendomi iscrivere per almeno un mese, ho chiesto solo una minima variazione (recuperare due lezioni che già sapevo che avrei perso) ad un altro giorno. la risposta è stata no.
trovo che la miopia e la poca intelligenza commerciale del posto sia strabiliante. non c'è gente che fa la coda fuori e i corsi sono poco frequentati. piuttosto che derogare minimamente sul loro regolamento, preferiscono perdere un cliente per sempre... bravi scemi!
I am deeply disappointed with the swimming pool policy. I had chosen a course (attended by 3 people) and if I wanted to enroll for at least a month, I asked for only a minimal variation (to recover two lessons that I already knew I would have lost) to another day. the answer was no.
I find that the myopia and the lack of commercial intelligence of the place is amazing. there are no people queuing outside and the courses are not very popular. rather than minimally derogating from their regulation, they prefer to lose a customer forever ... good fools!

Abbiamo appena rinnovato il corso per mio figlio di 8 mesi, con il nuovo istruttore ci troviamo ancora meglio rispetto ai primi 3 mesi.
Prezzi sicuramente non bassi, ma ben spesi vedendo mio figlio come sta bene e quanti passi fa in avanti.
Forse unica pecca, avendo saltato 2 lezioni per le chiusure festive, non danno la possibilità di recuperare la lezione(ma avevano già avvisato quando ci siamo iscritti)

We have just renewed the course for my 8 month old son, with the new instructor we are even better than the first 3 months.
Prices certainly not low, but well spent seeing how my son is doing well and how many steps forward he takes.
Perhaps the only flaw, having skipped 2 lessons due to holiday closures, they do not give the possibility to recover the lesson (but they had already warned when we signed up)
