Wrong and DIRTY glasses and they wasn't welcome with foreigners. The toilets was really old ( Turkish ) and dirty too. It had expensive prices. Don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came at midnight with my partner and we were not very welcomed by the waiter, I didn’t care though, then I ordered a beer and he made fun of me for that, then he went to the bar and got me a 11€ cocktail.
I don’t care if it’s a cocktail bar whatsoever, if I order a beer you get me a beer I am a customer paying for my drinks, if you don’t have beers that completely fine, just don’t be sarcastic “in front” of your customer about their orders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Embarrassing, truly shameful! As we arrived the waiter placed us in the back of the outside area, with arrogance and carelessness. One gin tonic €15, absolutely not justified by the service or the environment. The waiter started moving chairs around making absurd noises and finally kicked us out in an indescribably impolite way.
Trust me, this is not an historic bar in Milan, there are a thousand better bars. Stay away from Bar Basso, one of the worst experiences I have had in Milan in my 2 years here. Please fire that waiter and have some care for your customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is one of the most popular bars in milan and the creator of negroni sbagliato. I found the price (11 euros) exaggerated considering sitting on uncomfy plastic chairs (when sitting outside) and nothing much special.
