★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, sconsiglio la palestra a chi vuole fare crossfit.
Nonostante abbia pagato l'abbonamento mensile, ho trovato quasi impossibile frequentare le classi che volevo.
Le prenotazioni aprono la domenica sera sulle 20.00 per tutta la settimana e dopo due ore quasi tutte le classi di tutta la settimana sono piene. Questo mi e' capitato per 3 settimane di seguito.
La palestra ha 8 classi al gg e ogni classe puo tenere 8/10 persone max. Se la palestra ha piu di 100 abbonati e' ovvio che qualcuno non riuscira' a frequentare le classi.
Consiglio di andare in palestre piu' grandi o palestre che hanno un rapporto giusto di abbonati/capacita' in quanto il prezzo e' lo stesso (mensile e' 160 EUR piu' 30 EUR di iscrizione annuale al circolo della parrocchia).
In aggiunta se andate in Box piu' grandi potrete avere tutte le attrezzature che in piccoli Box non avrete (vogatore, bike machine, wallball ad altezza diverso per uomo e donna, fune per arrampicata, etc..).
Do una stella solo perche' gli istruttori sono nella media e la palestra e' pulita.
 Bad experience, I do not recommend the gym for those who want to do crossfit.
Despite paying the monthly pass, I found it nearly impossible to attend the classes I wanted.
Reservations open on Sunday evenings at 8pm throughout the week and after two hours most of the classes throughout the week are full. This happened to me for 3 weeks straight.
The gym has 8 classes per day and each class can hold 8/10 people max. If the gym has more than 100 subscribers it is obvious that someone will not be able to attend classes.
I recommend going to larger gyms or gyms that have a fair ratio of subscribers / capacity as the price is the same (monthly is 160 EUR plus 30 EUR for annual membership in the parish club).
In addition, if you go to larger boxes you can have all the equipment that you won't have in small boxes (rowing machine, bike machine, wallball at different heights for men and women, climbing rope, etc ..).
I only give one star because the instructors are average and the gym is clean.

I was thinking about dropping in and liked the instagram account very much, the owner was very fast to answer and very attentive, but when I entered my experience got even better! It is obvious that he created a very warm, educative and full of smiles crossfit community. I will come here everytime I visit Milan!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't have any experience with the box itself. I called around one in the afternoon to inquire about open gym. I was told there was open gym from 3pm to 5pm. So, my daughter and I made a 45 minute trip there. We got there at about 15:05 to find a closed steel garage door.
I attempted to call several times but kept getting a phone not in service message.
I messaged on the Google maps chat, at 15:12 and got a reply at 15:25 that he would be there in five minutes. However we had left by then.
So we basically wasted two hours making the trip out and back.
