Persone professionali e umane, che con passione, energia, dedizione e amore per questi sport riescono sempre a dare valore al tempo e alla fatica. Consiglierei a tutti di provare, perché, al di là dell'intenso allenamento fisico, può sorprendere come queste discipline possano mettere in luce lati diversi del nostro carattere e in breve tempo diventi una droga ;)

E il ring non é uno spazio delimitato, ma uno stile di vita: il paradenti serve per salvaguardare il tuo sorriso, le corde sono le tue regole, i guantoni li usi per non fare troppo male all'amico, il sacrificio é il motivo del tuo allenamento. La soddisfazione arriva: nel bar d'angolo, mentre ti bevi una birra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il concetto di Dojo è perfettamente spiegato all'interno del sito della palestra, vi invito quindi a dare un'occhiata per comprendere meglio la filosofia che ne sta alla base. Al Dojo Ruan chiunque ha la possibilità di trovare quello che sta cercando, un insegnamento marziale, l'inizio di un nuovo percorso di vita o "semplicemente" un allenamento molto intenso, insomma un proprio spazio vitale ed energetico nel quale muoversi liberamente. Il rispetto, la disciplina e la grinta sono i primi insegnamenti che riceverai, fondamentali per affrontare con impegno anche la parte tecnica. Il personale è molto preparato e attento alle esigenze del singolo. Il concetto di difesa personale, ideato e messo in pratica dal maestro Francesco Dal Pino e dai diversi trainer, non promette di insegnare mosse miracolose in pochi giorni, ma ti permette di arrivare gradualmente all'obiettivo, allineando corpo e mente.
Ambiente volutamente spartano, frequentato solo da belle persone, no fighette e invasati palestrati, solo guerriere e guerrieri.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ che dire oramai 5 anni che mi alleno in questa palestra...ne ho provate molte altre ma non ci sono paragoni..!!! Massima serietà massimo rispetto ambiente familiare....non ti fanno gli occhi dolci solo perchè paghi se non è per te lo capisci da solo.!
Io mi alleno con Francesco che secondo me è un ottimo maestro ti da la carica per lavorare bene e con serenità ma come tutti gli altri coach presenti da davide a daniele a simone insomma se volete una pelastra con i contro c..... questa è quella giusta.....( fare a mazzate diventa un divertimento....no non siamo pazzi siamo..guerrieri mancati)

what to say now 5 years that I train in this gym ... I have tried many others but there are no comparisons .. !!! Maximum seriousness than family environment .... do not make you sweet eyes just because you pay if it's not for you you understand it by yourself.!
I train with Francesco who I think is a great teacher gives you the charge to work well and with serenity but like all the other coaches present from david to daniele to simone in other words if you want a pelastra with the cons c ..... this it is the right one ..... (blows become fun .... no we are not crazy we are .. missed winners)
