Esperienza meravigliosa: ho potuto organizzare una serata con colleghi (eravamo 33!) in un luogo tutto per noi, facendo noi da mangiare. Abbiamo fatto un gioco insieme, per poi trasferirci in sala cinema e vedere un video preparato per l’occasione. E non abbiamo neanche dovuto pulire! Queste sono il tipo di esperienze per cui ringrazio di essere a Milano!
Wonderful experience: I was able to organize an evening with colleagues (we were 33!) In a place just for us, making us food. We played a game together, then moved to the cinema and watched a video prepared for the occasion. And we didn't even have to clean up! These are the kind of experiences I thank for being in Milan!

Sono stata in questa struttura per l'evento "Good food in tour" in collaborazione con l'azienda Bofrost: una degustazione a fini commerciali. Ho apprezzato tantissimo l'evento in sè, lo Chef bravissimo e chiaro nelle spiegazioni. Ci ha mostrato ogni passaggio delle varie anche se pur semplicissime preparazioni (il succo dell'evento a cui ho partecipato era proprio quello, una cena di Natale senza sbatti! ma con la qualità del fresco, anche se surgelato). Alla fine dello showcooking abbiamo ricevuto una bag con dentro i due cataloghi bofrost, ed un bellissimo ricettario). Per chi avesse deciso di effettuare un ordine, anche minimo, avrebbe ricevuto in omaggio una borraccia in alluminio. La struttura in sè è molto moderna, semplice, minimalista e molto pulita. L'unica nota di demerito che mi costringe ad assegnare 2**** su 5, è stata l'organizzazione. Il personale presente in sala, ha provato in tutti i modi a migliorare la situazione e fare avvertire il meno possibile il disagio, ma purtroppo, quello c'è stato. A causa di un errore nell'individuazione della sede del locale (non sono pratica di quella zona di Milano) sono arrivata con circa dieci minuti di ritardo. Purtroppo però, mi è stato spiegato che si sono presentate un numero maggiore di persone di quelle che si aspettavano, tutte ovviamente senza prenotazione ma che essendo arrivate prima di me e di qualcun altro, hanno potuto sedersi attorno al tavolo ed affrontare la degustazione con la calma e comodità necessaria. Credo sarebbe stato più corretto invece, avere prima la certezza che tutti i partecipanti regolarmente iscritti non si fossero presentati, poi eventualmente dare la disponibilità di sedersi al tavolo principale anche a chi era senza iscrizione, mentre invece è stato fatto l'esatto opposto. Peccato, ora che lo so la prossima volta mi presento con 30 minuti di anticipo, non si sa mai.
I was in this structure for the "Good food on tour" event in collaboration with the Bofrost company: a tasting for commercial purposes. I really enjoyed the event itself, the Chef very good and clear in the explanations. He showed us every step of the various even if very simple preparations (the juice of the event I attended was just that, a Christmas dinner without beating! But with the quality of fresh, even if frozen). At the end of the show cooking we received a bag with the two bofrost catalogs inside, and a beautiful recipe book). For those who had decided to place an order, even a minimum, would have received a free aluminum bottle. The property itself is very modern, simple, minimalist and very clean. The only demerit that forces me to assign 2 **** out of 5 was the organization. The staff present in the room tried in every way to improve the situation and make the discomfort felt as little as possible, but unfortunately, that was the case. Due to an error in identifying the location of the restaurant (I am not familiar with that area of ​​Milan) I arrived about ten minutes late. Unfortunately, however, it was explained to me that a greater number of people showed up than they expected, all obviously without reservations but that having arrived before me and someone else, they were able to sit around the table and face the tasting with the calm and necessary comfort. I think it would have been more correct instead, first to have the certainty that all the regularly registered participants did not show up, then possibly give the availability to sit at the main table even to those who were without registration, while instead the exact opposite was done. Too bad, now that I know, next time I'll show up 30 minutes early, you never know.

Ho frequentato un breve corso di cucina e un evento di show cooking. Ottimo servizio e ben organizzato. Non molto grande, ma sufficiente per gestire comodamente una ventina di persone a cena in tavoli comuni (almeno a piano terra, so che esiste un altro piano, ma non l'ho visto)
I attended a short cooking class and a show cooking event. Excellent service and well organized. Not very large, but enough to comfortably manage twenty people at dinner at common tables (at least on the ground floor, I know there is another floor, but I haven't seen it)

Cozy place to spend a night with friends. We did a cooking challenge divided in two teams, with the presence of two chefs who participated to the Italian version of Masterchef.

Beautiful space to have a meeting. We used all three rooms they have with 3 different workshops. That is not recommended as downstairs the two groups could hear the neighbour group talking. The upper room was great though. And the food was amazing. The location was also good with many nice restaurants and shops in the surroundings.

Rented this venue place for two workshops of 15+ people. The upstairs room is big enough to accommodate this, but there are some limitations to the arrangement as the table can't be moved. There is a backroom and a small cinema to work in smaller groups. The staff is friendly and helpful; the catering and chef is outstanding! The price is moderate.
