★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This patisserie has delicious cakes. It has to be tried! It is also a cafe'. The inside is nicely decorated and the girls are nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here on a search for best panettone in town. And it was definitely worth the trip. It's €2 per slice. Bread is moist, it's on the sweeter side as it has lots of candied fruits, and it's coated with chocolate. It's a nice twist on traditional pannetone and goes so well with shot of espresso. Staff is really friendly here, surprise since most cafes in Milan central are too busy. Barista is great, great coffee too.
