Mine got swallowed directly, didnβt even have the chance to put my PIN. I had to spend two extra nights in Milan as it happened on a Friday night. When I went to get it back Monday at 8:30, they had another card in addition to mine, also in metal...
Just like the ATM got a 1 star review for being dysfunctional, the bank deserves just 1 star as they were not able to provide any explanation as of what happened and barely apologized.
