β β β β β Sono arrivato apposta da Monza per aprire il conto, ma mi sono trovato la filiale chiusa alle 4 del pomeriggio, nessun cartello nessuna risposta al numero di telefono e il Call center non sapeva dirmi quando sarebbe stato riaperto.. deludente..
I arrived on purpose from Monza to open the account, but I found the branch closed at 4 pm, no sign no answer to the phone number and the Call center could not tell me when it would be reopened .. disappointing ..

β β β β β Pessimo, caotici e scortesi: cliente storico Fineco, chiamo per un appuntamento, mi reco sul posto e mi liquidano dicendo di aspettare 30 o 60 minuti per ricevermi. Davvero non in linea con l'immagine Fineco, sconsiglio.
Bad, chaotic and rude: historical customer Fineco, I call for an appointment, I go to the place and they liquidate me saying to wait 30 or 60 minutes to receive me. Really not in line with the Fineco image, I do not recommend.

β β β β β I came to Fineco slightly nervous (I was solving some administrative stuff), but the lady at the at the reception was kind anyway, she asked me to wait a couple of minutes for the consultant, since she isn't authorized to give the official information. Mr. Domenico was more than available explaining me and helping me get the form I needed! Thumbs up!
