Oggi lo sportello non dava la possibilità di prelevare, quindi mi rivolgo alla signora bionda riccia e alla guardia giurata che nonostante sia italiana, l'italiano non lo capisce.
In particolare, la guardia giurata ad una richiesta semplice e cortese (dove potessi trovare un'altra filiale nei dintorni dato che i prelievi erano disabilitati) ha risposto in modo molto maleducato e scortese che la filiale era chiusa.
