Se dal punto di vista formale sono stati ineccepibili, un po' meno dal lato commerciale. Dico questo perché, pur avendo fatto un acquisto assolutamente conveniente, ho fatto delle richieste di modifica che non sono mai state riportate all'azienda che eseguiva i lavori, o che forse ha fatto finta di nulla per non avere problemi. Solo dopo moltissima insistenza sono riuscito ad avere il numero del proprietario dell'impresa e a limitare i danni con le modifiche, anche se il peggio era fatto. Non nascondo di aver fatto due errori io, ossia di non aver formalizzato alcune cose nella proposta di acquisto e di non aver chiesto il capitolato di una casa in corso di ristrutturazione (anche se non esisteva in verità perché chi ha eseguito i lavori aveva dei materiali in magazzino). Il mio dispiacere è che il venditore mi ha detto tante cose sulla casa che poi si sarebbero rivelate false, in merito ai materiali usati (ad esempio la marca dei materiali dell'impianto elettrico che da marche in auge sono state installate marche economiche) ed agli accessori (scaldabagno, zanzariere, ecc). Inutile parlare di richieste fatte ex post mai ascoltate. Consiglio vivamente di formalizzare bene tutto e non ascoltare quanto vi raccontano per salvaguardare serenità, fegato, tempo e soldi. I say this because, despite having made an absolutely convenient purchase, I made requests for changes that were never reported to the company that carried out the work, or that perhaps pretended not to have problems. Only after a lot of insistence I managed to get the number of the owner of the company and to limit the damage with the changes, even if the worst was done. I do not hide the fact that I made two mistakes, namely that I did not formalize some things in the purchase proposal and that I did not ask for the specifications of a house undergoing renovation (even if it did not actually exist because those who carried out the work had materials in stock). My regret is that the seller told me many things about the house that would later turn out to be false, regarding the materials used (for example the brand of the materials of the electrical system that from popular brands have been installed cheap brands) and the accessories (water heater, mosquito nets, etc.). It is useless to talk about requests made ex post never heard. I highly recommend that you formalize everything well and not listen to what they tell you to safeguard serenity, guts, time and money.

Ho telefonato più volte in agenzia ma non rispondevano. E dire che venivo da un altra Regione. L’autorità di vigilanza dovrebbe sanzionare duramente questi comportamenti.
