★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza decisamente negativa. Prendo appuntamento per visitare un immobile lunedì per il giovedì. Vengo richiamata mercoledì per spostarlo a sabato mattina alle 11.15. Venerdì vengo richiamata per spostarlo alle 11.00. Sabato mattina mi presento con un paio di minuti di ritardo avvisando l’agenzia. Alle 11.08 mi chiamano dicendo che la proprietaria aveva un impegno e non accettava più visite, chiedo quando posso rivedere l’appartamento e mi viene detto lunedì. Prendo nuovamente appuntamento lunedì alle 13. Nel frattempo l’annuncio magicamente scompare su tutte le piattaforme.
Questa mattina alle 9 richiamo l’agenzia chiedendo se confermato l’appuntamento delle 13. Mi viene detto sì la richiama il collega tra un’ora. Poco dopo mi viene mandato scortesemente un whatsapp dice dicendo che l’appartamento è stato affittato.
Vi sembra questo il modo di lavorare? Imbarazzanti…
Definitely bad experience. I make an appointment to visit a property Monday for Thursday. I am called back on Wednesday to move it to Saturday morning at 11.15. Friday I am called back to move him to 11.00. Saturday morning, I arrive a couple of minutes late, informing the agency. At 11.08 am they call me saying that the owner had a commitment and would no longer accept visits, I ask when I can see the apartment again and I am told Monday. I make an appointment again on Monday at 1pm. In the meantime, the announcement magically disappears on all platforms.
This morning at 9 am I call the agency asking if the appointment confirmed at 1 pm. I am told yes, the colleague calls you back in an hour. Shortly after, a whatsapp rudely sent me saying that the apartment has been rented.
Does this seem the way to work? Embarassing…
