★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo andati a visionare un'immobile di nostro gradimento e il giorno stesso abbiamo subito preso un appuntamento per bloccare la casa con una proposta.
Il giorno dell'appuntamento in agenzia ci hanno comunicato che c'era stata una proposta superiore senza avvisarci minimamente quindi ci siamo trovati li per firmare l'assegno senza sapere che non avremmo potuto fare più nulla.
Addirittura l'agente ci ha chiamato dall'interno della filiale 2 minuti prima dell'appuntamento così quando ci ha incontrato ci ha detto con tono arrogante che lui aveva provveduto a contattarci.
Dopodiché sconsolati e con la certezza di aver perso tempo e soldi visto che ho preso un permesso al lavoro ce ne siamo andati.
Concludo dicendo poca trasparenza da parte dell'agenzia, poca professionalità da parte dell'agente.
Se avessi voluto partecipare ad una pagliacciata sarei andato al circo.

We went to look at a property we liked and the same day we immediately made an appointment to block the house with a proposal.
The day of the appointment at the agency we were told that there had been a higher proposal without notifying us in the least so we found ourselves there to sign the check without knowing that we could not do anything more.
Even the agent called us from inside the branch 2 minutes before the appointment so when he met us he told us in an arrogant tone that he had proceeded to contact us.
Then, disconsolate and with the certainty of having wasted time and money since I took a leave to work, we left.
I conclude by saying little transparency on the part of the agency, little professionalism on the part of the agent.
If I had wanted to participate in a antics, I would have gone to the circus.
