G	Giulia M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Medico preparato, serio, aggiornato e soprattutto gentile e disponibile nonostante l'evidente problema di gestione dei numerosi pazienti. Consiglio di rivedere il metodo di prenotazione e magari di aggiungere un numero/segretario in più per snellire il processo di prenotazione appuntamenti. Doctor trained, serious, up-to-date and above all kind and helpful despite the obvious problem of managing the numerous patients. I recommend reviewing the booking method and perhaps adding an extra number / secretary to streamline the appointment booking process.

Debolmente positivo. Il. Medico si rifiuta di prescrivere tampone molecolare. Così dice la tata. A me non risponde al telefono. Il bimbo va al nido. I 4 nonni, 3 in particolare sono "fragili" . Magari dopo la pandemia si potrebbe fare un repulisti di questi medici già inefficienti pre pandemia, ora pericolosi. It's not my doctor but my nanny's. The nanny called me on a Sunday to tell me I had a dry cough. We performed quick swab at home. Weakly positive. The. Doctor refuses to prescribe molecular buffer. So says the nanny. I don't answer the phone. The baby goes to the nursery. The 4 grandparents, 3 in particular are "fragile". Maybe after the pandemic we could clean up these doctors already inefficient pre-pandemic, now dangerous.

A	Alessandra Frigerio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ me l'avevano presentato come un medico molto preparato. non lo metto in dubbio, e mi sarebbe piaciuto verificarlo, ma purtroppo il dottore è irraggiungibile: non lavora con le email, solo tramite telefono; per prendere la linea ci vogliono in media 4/5 giorni di tentativi costanti negli orari indicati, perché la linea è sempre occupata oppure non risponde nessuno. in casi di minima urgenza si è praticamente abbandonati a se stessi. il sistema di gestione anche di aspetti banali come avere un'impegnativa è davvero farraginoso: la segretaria sembra non essere disponibile nemmeno ad annotarsi la richiesta per l'impegnativa, infatti obbliga a lunghe attese telefoniche per parlare con il dottore, e si è praticamente tenuti ad andare a ritirare le impagnative presso lo studio medico, visto che non gestiscono nulla per email (prassi non proprio consigliabile in temi di pandemia globale). he was introduced to me as a highly trained doctor. I do not doubt it, and I would have liked to check it, but unfortunately the doctor is unreachable: he does not work with emails, only by telephone; to take the line it takes on average 4/5 days of constant attempts at the times indicated, because the line is always busy or nobody answers. in cases of minimal urgency one is practically abandoned to oneself. the management system of even trivial aspects such as having a referral is really cumbersome: the secretary seems not to be available even to write down the request for the referral, in fact it forces you to long phone waits to talk to the doctor, and you are practically required to go to collect the insurance companies at the doctor's office, since they do not manage anything by email (a practice not really advisable in global pandemic issues)

Studio davvero pessimo,pessimo,pessimo!!!!!!!!! Each time for a recipe cxxxo I have to stay on the phone 3 days. Is absurd. It's been like this for years now. Doctor change. Really bad, bad, bad study !!!!!!!!!

Pessima organizzazione ,basterebbe mettere una mail e assumere qualcuno ( se la segretaria è così impegnata )che si occupi di gestire gli appuntamenti Oggi mi presenterò senza appuntamento vediamo come và a finire ? I have been trying to book a visit for 4 days or at least get a referral for some very important exams !!!
