Approssimativa nelle visite e nelle diagnosi, riceve solo 3 ore al giorno, non dà la possibilità di lasciare messaggi in segreteria e risponde al telefono solo 3 ore al giorno (o al mattino o al pomeriggio). Le visite le fissa a settimane di distanza.
He's the worst GP ever. Approximate in visits and diagnoses, it receives only 3 hours a day, does not give the possibility to leave messages on the answering machine and answers the phone only 3 hours a day (or in the morning or in the afternoon). He visits them weeks later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non è mai raggiungibile. Trasmette solo un senso assoluto di abbandono e distacco. Manca la figura dell'assistenza sanitaria e del medico di base. Dovrebbe vendere automobili, non la salute delle persone. La cambierò.
It is never reachable. It just conveys an absolute sense of abandonment and detachment. The figure of health care and general practitioner is missing. It should sell cars, not people's health. I will change it.

Sia la dott.ssa che la segretaria non hanno risposto una singola volta in due giorni in cui ho chiamato dozzine di volte (durante i supposti orari di ricevimento). Grazie alla dott.ssa mi è toccato spendere oltre 100 euro quando avrei potuto spenderne 10. Ho visto migliori servizi clienti nei bar peggiori di Caracas. Se potessi dare 0 stelle lo farei all’istante.
I just had surgery on both feet and I needed a poor recipe for heparin. Both the dr and the secretary did not answer a single time in two days when I called dozens of times (during supposed office hours). Thanks to Dr. I had to spend over 100 euros when I could have spent 10. I have seen better customer services in the worst bars in Caracas. If I could give 0 stars I would do it instantly.
