★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great gelato near the train station of Porta Garibaldi. They have seats outside with a nice view to the modern square of Unicredit.
The gelato is really good, one of the best in Milan. The fruit tastes are exceptionally good and tasty. I like the strawberry favour very much. Also the pistacchio and hazelnut flavors are tasty but not heavy like usual. Price start from 2.5 euros. There are also celiac suitable versions of cones and cookies, made gluten free, and lactose free versions for lactose intolerant clients or vegan ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately this GROM was not up to expectations. I do take into account that the place only had one employee and she looked stressed. When we ordered the waffle cone she told us it was all sold out but the waffle cone display was still in front for display. Very misleading so we went with the coppetta grande (large cup) and got the Torroncino and the Crema Di Grom. When she handed us the gelato it was already melting and so the texture and taste went out the window. We ate maybe 3 teaspoons each and we tossed the rest in the trash. The location was great but did not live up to the quality like in Florence. Quality not quantity is key to be successful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great ice cream! Really loved their strawberry ice cream, in fact I found their fruit flavors better than their chocolate or vanilla ones. They have of space to sit outside and enjoy a nice view, plus is close to the train station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grom is renowned for good ice cream. I had the chocolate and pistachio, good as ever. Even better was the choices of cookies and jams that made for nice gifts at home, even that bag was very nice and stylish. The lady at the counter was pure "simpatia" :)
