One inconvenience was that there were no spoons, knives and forks in our kitchen in the room.

Rooms are very spacious, when you are travelling for work is what you need, especially if for a week. 10 minutes walk to the Pero underground is a plus for a bit of exercise. Service is extremely good. Great location if you are going to visit Fiera Milano.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ideally located for the visitors of any expo taking place at Rho Fiera. Only 10-15 minutes away by car (without much traffic). Hotel staff is professional and very attentive with the guests. They all speak English. Covid measures are implemented throughout the hotel, dining place and any other shared areas. I spent 7 nights in this hotel. Recommend!

Quality wise, the interior etc seemed mostly okay, however some profound issues occurred:
- we called the reception because we were missing a blanket on the bed, the response was they did not have ANY BLANKETS left and only decided to turn off the AC in our room.
- Both our TVs in our room did not work despite of following the instructions, so we had to call in the staff to fix it. Is nobody testing these before the guests arrive??
- The second double bed was just a transformed sofa, not a bed. Very uncomfortable to sit on the edge and dangerous too (it had some spiky metalic parts standing out to the sides!! Children could get hurt by those!)
- the bath tub was missing the plug to block the water from leaving the tub
- the small side mirror in the bathroom was loose and barely hanging
- after using the shower, half the bathroom is flooded because it was leaking

Please book this hotel keeping in mind few things.
1. No complimentary water
2.No pick up and drop
3.No Spa
4.No jacuzzi
5.No grocery stores with in a km
6.No catle inside room
7.1 hour drive from city at least
