Especially the ones from Politecnico di Milano would be so comfortable about location and the apartment. It is well furnished and organized. Antonino is so kind and helpful as a host. Another advantageous point is the people who u stay with. Most of them are also exhange students so u can help eachother and have a great time together.

There is a terrace to socialise with other students when the sun is shining! Great proximity to the Bovisa Politecnico campus and the Bovisa station.

The house is beautiful, small but very clean, and I loved the terrace! It is close to the university, train station, supermarket, laundry place and tram. And there are lots of small food places. The only thing I didn't like was the area of Bovisa at night time.

Really convenient for the train location and on top it's really a quite place. You have Penny market 10 minutes or less walk and 5 mins laundry where the guy is super kind and helped me out few times. The accomodation itself is maintained twice a week. My room was the rooftop and it's really cozy, however be mindful of the ceiling height. I think I am too tall - 176cm. I love this room - you have natural light coming in from both sides, your wardrobe it's separated - downstairs where you actually have lots of space for your luggage behind the stairs. It's a tiny cute space especially when you make it feel like home - a nice carpet and few fairy lights do the job. The landlords themselves are really approachable via WhatsApp and so kind, helpful and friendly. Definitely recommending as a starting point of your new life's chapter journey.

For all my two years in Italy, this is the cleanest and most beautiful place where I lived with very friendly landlords. Highly recommend this place!
T	TOSETTI Carla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT RENT A ROOM IN THAT HOUSE. IT IS SUCH A SCAM. The owner had the kindness to offer me a double room that I could rent as a single room. It was clearly written on the contract it would be a single room, they assured me I would be alone in the room. Only TWO WEEKS before I move in Milan, the owner informed me that It was no longer possible to rent the room as a single room : either I had to share my room with someone else, or I had to leave the house. I had only 2 days to make a choice. Of course I chose to leave but It was so stressful to find another room two weeks before I arrived in Milan, while I signed the contract and payed the Milano Student House FOUR MONTHS in advance!!!! Luckily, the place I found is so much better than the Milano Student House. I am finally grateful not to live in the house of such a hustler. This is not an occasional story because that bad experience happened to a friend of mine too. So BE CAREFUL and DO NOT GO THERE.
