Anche se era la festa di Sant'Ambrogio e non si trattava di un'emergenza vera e propria (il blocco della serratura della porta della cantina), dopo un'ora dalla chiamata c'è stato l'intervento preciso e risolutivo e ad un prezzo del tutto soddisfacente. Un grazie di cuore ai due ragazzi intervenuti, professionali, gentilissimi e simpatici e a tutta l'organizzazione!! Great experience !! Even if it was the feast of Sant'Ambrogio and it was not a real emergency (the lock of the cellar door), after an hour from the call there was a precise and decisive intervention and at a completely satisfactory price. Prezzi ottimi (avevo chiesto diversi preventivi anche fuori Milano). Massima gentilezza di tutta la famiglia (mi hanno addirittura prestato il listino con tutti i ral dei colori per fare le prove a casa). Ogni volta che torno da loro per qualche piccolo acquisto (es.feltrini, fermaporta) la signora si ricorda sempre di me ed è sempre gentilissima. Oltre a darmi in omaggio questi piccoli accessori, mi ha dato anche tanti preziosi consigli sul quartiere. Per qualsiasi lavoro e acquisto, consiglio vivamente! Maximum kindness of the whole family (they even lent me the price list with all the ral colors to do the tests at home). Every time I go back to them for some small purchase (e.g. felts, doorstops) the lady always remembers me and is always very kind. In addition to giving me these little accessories as a gift, she also gave me lots of valuable advice on the neighborhood. For any work and purchase, I highly recommend!
