Il signore anziano (purtroppo, non ricordo il nome) al bancone è stato molto gentile e disponibile, sebbene avessi anche detto che ero lì solo per informazioni. Infatti, quel giorno mi avevano cambiato il frigorifero ad incasso e, dopo l'installazione, avevo notato che lo sportello del freezer sfregava contro la cerniera del mobile e, inoltre, i due sportelli del mobile non erano più allineati come avrebbero dovuto; pensando che potesse essere un "problema" di spessore delle cerniere del mobile (sebbene, il nuovo frigorifero avesse, naturalmente, le stesse misure di quello precedente), mi sono recata alla ferramenta per capire se ci fossero cerniere più piatte e ho ricevuto tutte le gentili informazione del caso, anche sui prezzi. Nel pomeriggio, poi, l'installatore del frigo è ritornato, ha regolato le cerniere del mobile e tutto è andato a posto. Un paio di giorni dopo mi sono, quindi, recata nuovamente in ferramenta per informarli di ciò e ringraziarli comunque dell'assistenza datami e ho parlato sempre con il signore anziano che mi aveva ricevuto la prima volta, il quale, a sua volta, mi ha ringraziato del pensiero. Pertanto, la mia recensione è decisamente positiva, non solo per la gentilezza che ho trovato, ma anche per i prezzi, sinceramente onestissimi! A couple of weeks ago I went to the store to find out if they were selling hinges for built-in furniture. The older gentleman (sadly, I don't remember the name) at the counter was very nice and helpful, although I also said I was only there for information. In fact, that day they had changed my built-in refrigerator and, after installation, I had noticed that the freezer door was rubbing against the hinge of the cabinet and, moreover, the two doors of the cabinet were no longer aligned as they should have been; thinking that it could be a "problem" in the thickness of the furniture hinges (although, of course, the new refrigerator had the same measurements as the previous one), I went to the hardware store to find out if there were flatter hinges and I received all the kind information of the case, also on prices. Then in the afternoon, the fridge installer came back, adjusted the cabinet hinges and everything went right. A couple of days later I then went back to the hardware store to inform them of this and thank them in any case for the assistance given to me and I always spoke with the elderly man who had received me the first time, who, in turn, gave me thanked for the thought. Therefore, my review is very positive, not only for the kindness I found, but also for the prices, which are frankly honest!

Presenza di moltissimi articoli, anche della categoria "casalinghi", cortesia e disponibilità anche se ciò vuol dire perdere tempo per un articolo difficile da trovare (pezzo di ricambio specifico per un mobile) I did not find what I was looking for but this is not a reason for a negative reference. Presence of many items, even in the "household" category, courtesy and availability even if this means wasting time for an item that is difficult to find (specific spare part for a piece of furniture)

Well-stocked hardware for every need both home and professional, often you have to wait your turn outdoors due to the covid standards .. prices slightly higher than the average, professionally trained staff but a little variable in mood.
