A causa di una indennità a me spettante in Agosto 2017, i Signori di Randstad hanno pensato bene di trattenermi in busta paga di Aprile 2018 ben 198,28 €. Dopo avermeli restituiti il 18 maggio 2018 perchè in chiaro torto marcio, mi hanno confermato la trattenuta nella busta paga di Maggio '18, quindi il 15/06/2018. Codice TN3652 *Acconti.... -198,28!! Non mi restituiscono più la somma, non rispondono MAI ! Sono semplicemente SCORRETTI, e SUBDOLI. Fanno PENA: VERGOGNATEVI !! A chi legge, SIETE PREGATI di starne alla larga. Dopo l'incontro attendevo delle risposte ad alcuni quesiti rimasti in sospeso ed un feedback che mi hanno garantito sarebbe arrivato nel giro di pochi giorni. NESSUNO SI è MAI FATTO VIVO e NESSUNO A MAI RISPOSTO alle mie mail per avere un riscontro. Non pretendevo nemmeno che dessero seguito agli interrogativi rimasti in sospeso al colloquio ma mal momento che ero stato contattato, che avevo preso delle ore di permesso, almeno un "no grazie, non è la persona che fa per noi", mi sembrava dovuto... e invece il NULLA TOTALE. Non solo, durante il colloquio hanno insistito perchè fornissi un contatto all'interno della mia attuale azienda che potesse confermare le mie competenze!?!?!? Ma state scherzando? a questo punto potevano venire a mettere direttamente un cartello sulla mia scrivania. STATE LONTANI DA QUESTA AGENZIA, non solo fanno perdere tempo, MA CORRETE IL RISCHIO che vi mettano anche in IMBARAZZO!!! Le prime cose che mi dicono: siamo una società commerciale e dobbiamo fatturare, cosa ripetuta non so quante volte durante il colloquio. Alla fine mi fanno capire che tu devi chiamare e andare alla ricerca delle aziende per vedere se cercano persone da assumere. Ogni settimana ti danno il compito di ricercare tipo 10 aziende e tu lo devi perchè devi FATTURARE. Insomma o fatturi o sei buttato fuori perché "se non ti piace la parte commerciale non ha senso che vieni a lavorare qui" I'm going to an interview for an internal staff position. The first things they tell me: we are a trading company and we have to invoice, which I don't know how many times during the interview. In the end they make me understand that you have to call and go looking for companies to see if they are looking for people to hire. Every week they give you the task of researching like 10 companies and you have to do it because you have to INVOICE. Inoltre hanno prezzi esorbitanti considerando il servizio fornito. Non consiglio questa azienda. Unfortunately they are not professional. They are very slow in responding, if you need to, even calling them several times, they are absent. They also have exorbitant prices considering the service provided. I don't recommend this company.
