We had the tasting menu of 5 dishes and left it to the chef and kitchen team to decide. We were not disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed given the one Michelin star rating. Atmosphere was great but we struggled to find something on the menu that looked appetizing. Seems like the only standout dish they had and what people ordered was the risotto with ossobuco. We ordered lamb Ragu and trout. Lamb ragu was decent and trout was very average. Lastly, service was pretty slow. Did not live up to the hype or Michelin status.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice italian restaurant with a twist. The ossobuco risotto was the highlight. Tartare fassona was also not bad but overpriced. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Restaurant building is very cool. In conclusion Ratana is slightly overhyped, very nice to try but would not go twice. Make sure to book as it’s usually full.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was excellent, and I expected no less. Only the lamb ragú we had was a little over salted, so that came as a bit of a disappointment.
Bone marrow risotto and desserts were enjoyable.
Overall recommended!
