La visita è durata 10 minuti scarsi e mi voleva dare la pillola (che sicuramente non risolve alcun problema di base e ha 183829 controindicazioni) senza sapere niente di me e perché ritiene che io sia sana come un pesce. Il telefono eSEMPRE occupato, direi staccato per essere seri. Personale arrogante ed estremamente maleducato inoltrato reclamo a URP di via Ricordi 1 dove sono stati gentili, facendo ciò che non competeva loro senza che io lo chiedessi. Tuttavia scrivere un reclamo era il minimo. Assolutamente sconsigliato averci a che fare...danno del tu con fare maleducato chiamandoti Bad experience. Vi ricordo che siete stipendiati e che un sorriso e risposte meno spiccate ed ironiche sarebbero gradite da parte Vostra. Ho visto gente anziana trattati da stupidotti. Mi spiace che il Vostro lavoro Vi annoi così tanto ma questo Vi siete scelto, ormai parto già prevenuta nell'essere trattata male quando vengo al poliambulatorio. Tra l'ufficio scelte e revoche e il poliambulatorio dall'accoglienza e all'accettazione è da rivedere assolutamente, se il posto fisso Vi da questa strafottenza, c'è da rivedere parecchie cose. Arrivati alla struttura all'accettazione ci comunicano che non hanno le strutture per effettuare questa visita. disperati dato che dobbiamo effettuarla questa settimana contattiamo tutti gli ospedali possibili non trovando nessuna disponibilità. Dopo che abbiamo prenotato con un mese e mezzo di anticipo siamo stati costretti a recarci in una clinica a pagamento (costo molto elevato) per una visita che non dovevamo pagare. che schifo la struttura ma soprattutto il sistema di prenotazione online tramite cup I would put 0 if you could. Cortesia di tutto il personale incontrato: all'ingresso, in accettazione, presso il banco dove ho raccolto informazioni e consegnato i miei dati, da parte delle infermiere che hanno svolto il prelievo. Poco prima dell'esame non mi sono sentita bene e mi hanno aiutata con empatia. Ho notato la stessa cortesia delle infermiere rivolta agli altri pazienti entrati per dei prelievi mentre ero lì.
