★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire... la dottoressa non c'era, perché malata, io però, non sono stata avvisata, quindi mi sono presentata all'appuntamento....a vuoto. Siamo nel 2022 e i mezzi x avvisare un paziente c'è ne sono in quantità. Perche non usarli????????
 What can I say ... the doctor was not there, because she was ill, however, I was not notified, so I presented myself to the appointment .... empty. We are in 2022 and the means to warn a patient are plentiful. Why not use them ????????

Avevo fissato l'appuntamento per confermare il medico della mutua oggi alle 8.30am. Arrivo con anticipo e aspetto di essere chiamato agli sportelli C e D al piano terra ma solo alle 8.45 aprono lo sportello!!!!
Poi mi dicono di compilare un modulo che non hanno pronto e si mettono a fotocopiare il documento. Per una pratica di 5 minuti ci hanno messo 20minuti.
Manca un responsabile che vigili e controlli l'efficienza del servizio e non solo che timbrino il cartellino !
To improve
I made an appointment to confirm the health care doctor today at 8.30am. I arrive early and expect to be called at counters C and D on the ground floor but only at 8.45 am they open the counter !!!!
Then they tell me to fill out a form that they don't have ready and they start photocopying the document. For a 5 minute practice they took 20 minutes.
There is no manager to monitor and check the efficiency of the service and not only to stamp the time card!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ cortese il ragazzo che mi ha fornito all'ingresso un foglio con indicati gli uffici di scelta e revoca ma finisce lì... ho fatto presente che passo la maggior parte del tempo in Toscana per assistere mia sorella malata oncologica ma l'informazione utile è stata di telefonare o prendere appuntamento on line; prima opzione: telefono sempre occupato, seconda opzione prime date disponibili ad aprile. La vicenda si commenta da sola!
courteous the guy who gave me a sheet at the entrance indicating the choice and revocation offices but it ends there ... I pointed out that I spend most of my time in Tuscany to assist my sister with cancer but the useful information is been to call or make an appointment online; first option: phone always busy, second option first dates available in April. The story speaks for itself!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sometimes as a foreigner, all you need is someone to be kind and helpful. And this happened to me today when I was here. It was my first visit to make the tessera sanitaria. And the person incharge was really helpful. He helped me select the doctor, was very patient and also very kind!
