Ricevuta immediatamente da giovane medico già informato sui miei dati e sintomi. Visita accurata e ampie spiegazioni sul problema, fatta diagnosi e invio al medico di medicina generale con indicazione di quanto riscontrato. Alcune persone attente e professionali mandano avanti servizi di grande utilità, al di là del livello politico e istituzionale che sono comunque pessimi. Okay il periodo covid, ma se chiamo per ricevere assistenza e tra i servizi offerti c'è la visita domiciliare NON MI ASPETTO CHE IL MEDICO SI RIFIUTI AD EFFETTUARLA ed INSISTA AFFINCHE IO RAGGIUNGA LA STRUTTURA sulle mie gambe. Se sono impossibilitato a recarmi (cause estranee al covid) mi aspetto che il medico, proprio perché ha tenuto il famoso giuramento, comprenda la difficoltà obiettiva del paziente a muoversi e lo guidi verso la guarnigione. Solo con la richiesta di contatti per la segnalazione a chi di dovere si ottiene ciò che spetta? BAD! Portate SEMPRE STAMPATA la ricetta con l'appuntamento perché non accettano in digitale. The day I went there was no one and it took me very little. Spero di essere capitata io in una "giornata no" della dottoressa perché se tratta così tutti i pazienti mi chiedo perché abbia scelto questo lavoro. D	Dalia Giambattista on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dottoressa estremamente maleducata e poco professionale, ho chiamato per febbre alta persistente e senza neanche chiedermi quali medicinali stessi prendendo insisteva che fosse covid nonostante ho ripetuto più di 1 volta che il tampone fatto aveva il risultato negativo. Mi ha praticamente riso in faccia. Una delusione vedere persone che dovrebbero essere sempre disponibili, soprattutto con persone che non stanno bene, comportarsi in modo così irrispettoso.
