My review concerns exclusively the lack of professionalism of the medical office secretary. Unprepared to welcome patients no relational and communicative skills, never a smile, she answers rudely on the phone, other than trust, serenity and humanity. She cannot manage stress and obviously he cannot assist the doctor at best.
