ci siamo fatti rimborsare e compreremo da qualche altra parte.
Se siete in cerca di articoli THULE non siete nel posto giusto,
la gentilezza non è di certo alla porta ad aspettarvi, a livello di custmomer care a dir poco imbarazzanti nel momento in cui si presenta un problema, certamente lecito, ma essendo stato creato du un loro errore interno ci si aspetta collaborazione al fine di soddisfare il cliente, invece abbiamo trovato solo tanta rigidità e prassi absolete.
(ci hanno consengato prodotto del colore sbagliato e per avere articolo giusto saremmo dovuto tornare prima a rendere il prodotto per poi tornare a ritirare il corretto, lasciare la macchina x ore non definite per il montaggio)
