★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho inviato 2 mail (una di sollecito) per ben due settimane di seguito chiedendo gentilmente un preventivo per delle gomme invernali incredibilmente non ho avuto nessun tipo di risposta...se questo è segno di professionalità credo che non andrò neppure a fare i tagliandi...peccato perché era l'officina Mercedes più vicina a casa. Nel frattempo altre officine mi hanno risposto e ho deciso di portare la mia auto altrove.
I sent 2 emails (one of reminder) for two weeks in a row, kindly asking for a quote for winter tires, incredibly I have not had any kind of response ... if this is a sign of professionalism I think I will not even go to do the coupons. .. pity because it was the closest Mercedes workshop to home. In the meantime, other workshops have answered me and I have decided to take my car elsewhere.
