L'auto ha avuto mille problemi fin da subito e di fatto durante il primo anno ho dovuto riportargli l'auto diverse volte per problematiche (mai del tutto risolte) e in seguito ho speso una fortuna in riparazioni per vari problemi che man mano emergevano e venivano scoperti. A distanza di alcuni anni devo dire che rimpiango di non aver preso un auto nuova, avrei speso meno considerando quanto l'ho pagata, quanto l'ho usata e quante riparazioni ho dovuto fare Unfortunately I did not find it very well. Auto presentate con vera passione . Si vede che amano il loro lavoro . L'auto e' un vero gioiello e sono piu' che felice. Anche perche' non pensavo di trovare tutti gli optional inclusi nel prezzo. Il signor Gino è stato molto ma molto disponibile e paziente nei miei confronti. Sono molto soddisfatta del trattamento ricevuto. Gino (che ha preso in carico la mia pratica) molto cortese e disponibile. La macchina mi è stata consegnata a tempi record, non ho dovuto spendere un centesimo in più del preventivo e mi è stata riconsegnata come se fosse uscita dal concessionario, lucida e pulita fuori e dentro. Si sono certamente guadagnati un cliente per il prossimo futuro, ad esempio il prossimo cambio gomme che mi hanno preventivato a prezzi più bassi di quelli applicati da Midas, che già sono concorrenziali. In un mondo di furboni è bello vedere che c'è ancora in giro gente onesta e professionale. I took my Lexus RC to have a dent in the fender repaired. The car was delivered to me in record time, I didn't have to spend a cent more than the estimate and it was returned to me as if it had come out of the dealer, shiny and clean inside and out. They have certainly earned a customer for the near future, for example the next tire change that they have quoted me at lower prices than those applied by Midas, which are already competitive. Ho chiesto se avesse lavori da fare o imperfezioni, il "venditore" dice "piccoli segni di carrozzeria visibili come in foto". Chiedo se questi ultimi verranno sistemati prima di consegnare l'auto, e il "venditore" risponde di NO. Cerco di valutare l'entità dei danni, e il "venditore" mi mette fretta dicendo di lasciare libera la vettura. Gli ho detto che era spiazzato dal fatto che non sistemavano i segni di carrozzeria, e il "venditore" mi liquida dicendo "non si preoccupi, alla prossima". SCARSA EMPATIA, POCA PROFESSIONALITA'.
