★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non è la mia prima volta in questa concessionaria Ford, di macchine qui ne ho comprate 3, che dire, se son tornato qui è perche mi sono trovato bene, senza dubbio! Qui ho sempre trovato professionalità, accoglienza e disponibilità verso il cliente. Ho avuto modo di conoscere un venditore che , sin dalla mia prima ford, mi ha dimostrato cortesia e simpatia, mi ha colpito molto la sua disponibilità di andare incontro alle esigenze dei clienti, si chiama Nicola Marchese e devo dire che mi ha sempre aiutato nelle mie scelte venendo incontro alle mie richieste, un vero simpaticone, in testa nemmeno un capello, pronto alla battuta mettendoti a tuo agio, molto preparato nel ramo vendite e auto. Mio figlio ha appena comprato una Ford e si è anche lui trovato bene, molto contento. Porto qui anche le mie macchine per i tagliandi e manutenzioni, niente da dire, in officina fila tutto liscio, ma anche in ufficio con le impiegate, sono gentilissime, io sono stato seguito da Gloria, la consegna con Gianluca, e poi anche un signore disponibilissimo, Ciccio! Quando uno si trova bene, difficile cambiare. Ho detto tutto.

I got to know a seller who, since my first Ford, showed me courtesy and sympathy, I was very impressed by his availability to meet customer needs, his name is Nicola Marchese and I must say that he has always helped me in my choices coming to meet my requests, a real funny guy, not even a hair in my head, ready to joke putting you at ease, very prepared in the sales and auto branch. My son has just bought a Ford and he has also found himself well, very happy. I also bring my machines for servicing and maintenance here, nothing to say, everything runs smoothly in the workshop, but also in the office with the employees, they are very kind, I was followed by Gloria, the delivery with Gianluca, and then also a gentleman extremely available, Ciccio! When one is comfortable, it is difficult to change. I said everything.

Si avete preso in giro inquanto in altre concessionarie mi avevano detto sin da subito che prima di 3/4 mesi per questa situazione non si consegnava,da voi con il venditore Alberto Busa mi fu detto che le auto da voi arrivavano prima perché essendo grossi e conosciuti Ve le portavano per novembre,bugiardi!
Poi a causa di un "vostro ritardo" il cliente deve perdere la caparra se vuole comprare altrove e nemmeno consegnate di dare un auto di cortesia o trovare una soluzione,MAI PIU e lo dirò al mondo che non siete seri!!!
Davvero furbi e disonesti,dicono che tutti i concessionari sanno dei ritardi nelle consegne a livello mondiale, però caso strano quando vai ad acquistare da loro ti danno date brevissime che nessun altro concessionario ti dà,magari perché a no più onesti di loro.
Non dite date già sapendo di non poterle rispettare"dato il disagio a livello mondiale" che date a tutti come scusa,davvero vergognoso,qui si tratta di avere una coscienza!

Really clever and dishonest, they say that all dealers know about delays in deliveries worldwide, but strange case when you go to buy from them they give you very short dates that no other dealer gives you, maybe because no more honest than them.
Do not say dates already knowing that you cannot respect them "given the discomfort in the world" that you give to everyone as an excuse, really shameful, here it is a question of having a conscience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alla ricerca di un usato. Poche le auto in esposizione all'esterno del concessionario per situazione emergenziale obiettiva. Gentile e disponibile la persona che ci ha seguito nell'acquisto. Uno dei pochi concessionari dove ti accolgono e ascoltano per lo meno. Consiglio.
Looking for a used one. Few cars on display outside the dealership due to an objective emergency situation. Kind and helpful the person who followed us in the purchase. One of the few dealerships where they welcome you and listen at the very least. Advise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho scelto Ambrostore di Viale Forlanini tra 6 concessionarie della provincia di Milano e dintorni.
Prima di tutto è stata l'unica ad avere a disposizione per il test drive la macchina che cercavo e mi hanno consentito di fare ben tre!!!
Tutte le altre o non avevano proprio e trattavano su carta o ti facevano provare modelli precedenti.
Poi sono stato accolto, per mia fortuna, dal signor Felice Foti. Che dire...
Serietà, esperienza, professionalità e tanta empatia.
Ha saputo aspettare ed accompagnare tutti i miei dubbi e titubanze per due mesi ed alla fine ha convinto me e mia moglie soddisfando tutte le nostre richieste.
La macchina è arrivata con 3 settimane di anticipo senza problemi con tutti gli allestimenti ed optionals ordinati.
Non metto 5 stelle perché c'è sempre da migliorare, ma di sicuro il mio rapporto con Ambrostore di Viale Forlanini non finisce qui.
I chose Ambrostore in Viale Forlanini among 6 dealerships in the province of Milan and surroundings.
First of all it was the only one to have the car I was looking for available for the test drive and they allowed me to do three !!!
All the others either didn't have their own and dealt on paper or let you try on previous models.
Then I was welcomed, luckily for me, by Mr. Felice Foti. What to say...
Reliability, experience, professionalism and a lot of empathy.
He was able to wait and accompany all my doubts and hesitations for two months and in the end he convinced me and my wife by satisfying all our requests.
The machine arrived 3 weeks early without any problems with all the fittings and optionals ordered.
I don't put 5 stars because there is always something to improve, but for sure my relationship with Ambrostore of Viale Forlanini does not end there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver scritto una mail in quanto interessato ad un'auto usata vengo contattato telefonicamente e mi viene fissato un appuntamento.
Mi presento in concessionaria e mi sento dire che l'auto è stata venduta mezz'ora prima (?) perchè prenotata mediante il servizio PayPal e quindi non è possibile annullare l'acquisto da parte di questo presunto altro cliente.
Giochetto fatto più volte da come si può leggere in altre recensioni per non rischiare di non vendere l'auto se l'altro acquirente risultasse alla fine non interessato.
Avrei gradito che mi fosse stato detto di fare la prenotazione utilizzando il servizio PayPal in modo tale da bloccare effettivamente l'auto al posto di fissare un appuntamento alla fine rivelatosi inutile.
Ovviamente il loro obiettivo è il guadagno ma così facendo la serietà viene meno.
After writing an email as I am interested in a used car, I am contacted by phone and an appointment is made.
I go to the dealership and I am told that the car was sold half an hour before (?) Because it was booked through the PayPal service and therefore it is not possible to cancel the purchase by this alleged other customer.
Game done several times as you can read in other reviews to avoid the risk of not selling the car if the other buyer turns out not to be interested in the end.
I would have liked to have been told to make a reservation using the PayPal service in order to actually lock the car instead of making an appointment which ultimately proved useless.
Obviously their goal is profit but in doing so the seriousness is less.
