Ci siamo presentati e con grande dispiacere abbiamo appreso che la struttura era chiusa per ferie fino al 08/01/2018! Nessuno si è premurato di avvisare, io ho chiesto un giorno di ferie per accompagnare mia figlia che tra l'altro era anche ammalata con la febbre!! Scandaloso centro sicuramente da chiudere professionalità e correttezza uguale a zero!! I booked a ortodentistica visit for my daughter through ASL by day January 3, 2018 at 12:30 pm! We introduced ourselves and with great sadness we learned that the hotel was closed for holiday until 01/08/2018! No one has bothered to warn, I asked for a day off to accompany my daughter who was also ill with a fever !! Scandalous center certainly to close professionalism and fairness equal to zero !!

No commento devo dire è scarso livello personale è arrivata di ritardo suo lavoro pure ti dice se hai da fare devi prendere appuntamento molto prima !!! Ma io vorrei chiedere sono arrivata un'ora di anticipo per visita è lei come una dottoressa non può presentare in precisa suo posto di lavoro. Pure paziente prima fatto mezz'ora di visita per uscire mio padre ha messo solo 15 minuti no lo so se ha fatto suo dovere( controllo necessario) o fatto la finta ma sarà sicuramente una visita va rifatta da un'altra parte per mio padre ! È prima volta prendo appuntamento questo ospedale ma sarà anche ultima volta sinceramente non ho mai successo una cosa del genere... I put a star, because there is no less! L’accettazIone molto veloce in entrambi i casi, sono andata la mattina presto una volta e in pieno pomeriggio la seconda, l’otorino molto cordiale, esperto e umile. Personally I had a good experience both times I went, in fact the second time I booked the visit based on the first experience. The acceptance very fast in both cases, I went early in the morning once and in the afternoon the second, the otorino very friendly, experienced and humble.

Dopo QUATTRO ore di coda al freddo mi sono visto sbattere il cancello in faccia con tanto di commento da parte dell’ infermiera "per oggi abbiamo finito, è inutile che vi lamentate, la prossima volta venite prima". Un servizio impeccabile tanto quanto la serietà!!!che schifo,! Facciamo accettazione e come per magia, 15 minuti prima della visita, arriva chiamata del medico che non sarà presente e ci viene detto che la visita è da prenotare per altra data, fra 2 mesi. Stesso copione per un altro paziente per visita da otorino. * E' possibile che due dottori diano disdetta con 15 minuti di preavviso e con in pazienti già passati da accettazione? * Pare che questa sia una pratica ampiamente diffusa e praticata in questo ambulatorio "A pensar male si fa peccato ma quasi sempre s'indovina" Possibile che le accettazioni fatte e poi prontamente riprogrammate non siano un sistema studiato per intascare due volte i soldi dell'AST? L'apertura è alle 8:30 ma già alle 7 è presente la coda fuori, da quanto capito vengono effettuati circa un centinaio di tamponi fuori prenotazione. Naturalmente chi ha la prenotazione non fa la coda. Mezz'ora prima dell'apertura vengono distribuiti i numerini. Personale che si occupa dell'accettazione gentile e paziente. Dopo 4 giorni ancora non ho il referto del tampone di fine quarantena. Visited to carry out covid 19 buffer, in my case without reservation but only with ATS quarantine attestation.
