★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto sfatiscente, solo l'ombra di quello che era l'ASL. Accompagnato una ragazza per fare una visita data la pericolosità della zona, l'accoglienza del buttafuori (il classico omone enorme di colore) mi studiava come se fossi un criminale, nonostante mi fossi identificato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palazzo super vecchio, direi praticamente dimenticato, ma in ordine e pulito (dall'esterno non si direbbe), con personale efficientissimo e gentile.
Super old building, I would say practically forgotten, but in order and clean (from the outside you would not think), with very efficient and kind staff.

Pochi minuti dopo mi richiama una signora gentile e mi comunica le informazioni di cui avevo bisogno riguardo vaccinazioni per bambini.
Quindi perfetto visto che Asl e medico di base sono quasi sempre irreperibili.
1.30 pm on 5 October I try to contact, but nobody answers so I think "usually .. These numbers never answer"
A few minutes later a nice lady called me back and gave me the information I needed about vaccinations for children.
So perfect since Asl and general practitioner are almost always unavailable.

Vorrei chiedere ad ognuno di loro cosa penserebbero se "subissero" anche loro una qualità del servizio di questo tipo. Non sono controllati da nessuno. Il senso di impunità fa aumentare il menefreghismo
They never answer the phone and emails.
I would like to ask each of them what they would think if they too "suffered" a quality of service of this type. They are not controlled by anyone. The sense of impunity increases indifference

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor quality of the welcoming and administration staff (not the doctors who were very professional).
Those person should NOT be allowed to handle public facing relationship. They do not know how to do their job, use aggresive language and have little patience.
A nightmare.
