Due aspetti che si potrebbero migliorare: 1.- specificare il diritto alla precedenza nella fila da parte delle persone disabili (che invece devono attendere il loro turno come tutti gli altri); 2.- estendere l'orario di apertura fino al pomeriggio ed al sabato, dato che si tratta di una farmacia che eroga servizi per malati gravi con patologie critiche. Friendly staff. Two aspects that could be improved: 1.- specify the right to priority in the row by disabled people (who instead have to wait for their turn like all the others); 2.- extend the opening hours until the afternoon and Saturday, since it is a pharmacy that provides services for seriously ill patients with critical illnesses.

Ma la sede non è altro che un magazzino riadattato, anche male, nel quale la privacy è inesistente, la fila degli utenti è auto amministrata con conseguenti liti, problemi e discussioni. Basterebbe mettere la macchinetta con i ne che costa €50 x risolvere ma nessuno lo fa. Anche trovarlo non è facile in quanto è in una posizione abbastanza nascosta sotto un palazzo non sulla strada. Si deve arrivare vicino x vederli e dall'esterno è difficile capire di cosa si tratta. A livello sanitario sono ben forniti. In genere si fanno tra i 20 e i 30 minuti di fila. Alla fine è come tante altre strutture sanitarie del sud che si devono adattare con il minimo indispensabile... Let's start with the staff who work as hard as possible. Sbagliare é umano, alzare la voce e far sentire gli altri umiliati e disumano. Una vergogna. They don't even deserve a star. One misses a card, and is humiliated more than ever, in front of everyone.
