In questo periodo di emergenza al piano terra si sono organizzati molto bene con controlli e attrezzatura. Bravi. I accompany my mother once a month to the first floor. Personale distaccato, impreparato e senza il minimo senso di umanità! Se mai dovete fare delle visite cambiate struttura ...tanto qui non sanno ne anche rispondervi , e se mai vi rispondono...sbagliano! VOTO 0 Bad experience to say the least! Sono contenta di poter dire che in portineria ho trovato persone gentili che, non sapendo rispondermi con sicurezza sono andati subito a informarsi. Ho fatto una richiesta di pannoloni e ho trovato un'infermiera gentilissima e disponibile. Poi ho chiesto info per scheda SVAMA. Altra signora, Stefania, super gentile e competente. Ho potuto compilare un modulo, me l'ha controllato senza farmi tornare una seconda volta. Dico grazie a tutti, certa gente merita ringraziamenti pubblici, visto che, spesso e giustamente, ci si lamenta pubblicamente. This morning I went to ulss 6 in via Temanza 1.
