β β β β β September 13, 2019 took the car for rent Volvo V40 car quickly received all the damage that was found reflected in the contract. At the end of the lease, there were no problems. the Deposit was returned after 6 days. I would like to thank the Locauto team at Bari Airport.

β β β β β Rented car from this company 5 times always v efficient no hassle in office or collecting car.The same returning car no hassle car return paperwork sorted in a few mins even after we had a car rear end us.I phoned them up told me what to do took pics no problem on returning car.

β β β β β Ordered Renault Captur or VW T-Roc, received Fiat 500X, was told it's the same category. It shouldn't be same category, Fiat 500X is a bad car.
The deal included winter tires or chain, neither were present on the vehicle, it restricted my plans to drive to the mountains.
The car had a weak 12V battery, had to use auto mechanics service to jump start the car.
Window washing liquid ended on the second day.
The car was not too clean inside.

β β β β β The agency is directly at the arrival of the airport, easy access, the renting process took 10 minutes, return took only 2. Nice and helpful people, the car we rented was freshly washed and brand new. Definitely will go back when in Italy.
