Let me start off by saying I rarely leave reviews. However my experience with Europcar Bari Airport was so appalling bad that I am taking the time to share it. Upon checking in I requested a specific car in my confirmed car class. I was told that this car was not currently available. They assigned a larger car within my car class. I asked if they had a smaller sized car as I do not drive often and would therefore feel more comfortable in a smaller car. They insisted the car I requested was not available. After walking to the car park to collect my car, I realized some bonehead has parked in front of my car, not allowing me to pull out. I walk back to the office and explained the situation. They promised they would send somebody shortly. After waiting in the car park and still not seeing anybody from the office, I walk back to the airport office again to push them along. They finally send somebody who took down the license plate number and said she would go attempt to search for the keys so she can try and move the car. After waiting patiently I walk back again to the office only to have them tell me that the car I requested originally was available after all. All in all they wasted over an hour of my time. While the employees tried to be helpful the issue can have been resolved much more quickly had they not cut corners and had a person available to help at the car park.

We had a delay when taking the car we booked online 2 weeks before - the "system" did not work. No windshield liquid was in the reservoir. The child seat (which costs almost as much as the car!) was worn off and dirty. The only other child seat available had the seat belt broken. Also, the child seat was not mounted prior to our arrival - I had to carry it across the parking lot and mount it myself. On the other hand - the price was good and the car new.

THIEVES! NEVER take the car from this company. I rented one car for a week with full insurance for which I payed about 20 euro for every day. The man in the office adviced us not to check the car because we have full insurance so we dont need to do that - ofcourse we believed because always is this. There was one scratch on the car but this seemed not to be our problem. On the day of return the car the man from this car rental have checked the car and spoke that there is the scratch, but its ok because we have full insurance and asked us to sign the returning car paper. After this they took from my card almost 100 euro for the ADMINISTRATION FEE to proceed the damage. I rented in my life many cars always with full insurance for stay with calm. Never in my life happened something like this that despite of paying all this money for full insurance still they have stolen the money. After calls and email they spoke that there is nothing that they can do. Never take the cas from this company.

We booked the car online via Car del Mar. The staff was very friendly and we had no problems with our credit card (Mastercard). Everything was as expected.

Great experience ! (it's ironical). We get a damaged car (no space left on the contract to describe all the damages !). I took the time to take photo, to make the office add the biggest impacts etc... They told me not to worry... This morning i had to return it before 8am... What a surprise ! They try to impress me and make me pay for a damage that was already here when i took the car !!! If your plan for holiday is to repair their cars, go ahead ! Great place to be scammed ! EDIT: It took them more than 3 months to send the false bill to me. 3 MONTHS

They gave us a car with two completely worn tires at the back--extraordinarily dangerous to drive as well as illegal. We saw the issue the next day, had the car towed back, and took a cab to get a different one. They took 10 weeks, five emails, and three calls to reimburse about $140 of taxi expense. Stay as far away from this business as you can.

Standard rental car procedure. Suggested upgrade for extra payment. Taking the car took too long due to some computers problem. They not sitting where they suppose to. It was nice if they would inform. Returning the car was really fast. The car was okay beside noisy wipers

Good experience collecting the vehicle. Long list of faults noted on the vehicle. Pick up was late and dark, drove off and all seemed fine. Drove to my destination and all good. On the day before returning the car, the brakes became noisy. Brake pads were worn to there limits when checking before returning. Collection desk didn't seem bothered when reporting it
