β β β β β Tank was missing at least 10-15% of gas, first time in my life to buy I was forced to buy extra insurance for twice the rental cost (used ~10 rentals before and it never happened before), car had lots of scratches and worst of all, it was far worse that what I ordered and paid for. Stay away from them.

Please be aware of this specially if you are not Italian!
First, they told us we should buy their insurance even though I had full insurance from online website and I refused it.
Secondly, they have some Citroen and Fiats and nothing else even if you paid higher amounts for better cars.
Then, I do suggest you Please Please Please control car for every single scratch and make a video and photos⦠when you are returning the car they will charge you 330 euro for scratch you did not made!
They are making money out of it. PLEASE be aware of them !!!!

β β β β β Rip off scheme. Stay away. They are trying to find the smallest scratches to make up for cheap pricing. When I disagreed, they threatened me by saying they will report the car as stolen if I do not sign the damages I was not responsible for.

β β β β β Like others have said, complete scam. Charged me 400 Euro because of the slight indentation on the left side of the license plate, which I did not cause. I noticed this when picking up the car but didn't think it was worth mentioning seeing that it's barely an indentation and it's the license plate. Big mistake. If you must rent from here, thoroughly inspect the car and take pictures of everything and videos before departing.

β β β β β Scammers , Do not recommended , we received the car at 22:00 night , we checked all scratches on the body , but it was very dark so we didn't check the tyre parts . Once we return our car , she told us there is a small scratches on the tyre , we are very sure that it is not from us , because we didn't use that car much . Only take from. Airport to bari city and back . The car was parked in garage also . And they charged 300 euro . So i recommend people do check very well , all parts And blocked our deposit for 21 days

β β β β β I booked the car with full insurance via Ryanair and they forced me to buy another insurance for 75 euro for 3 days (more than former price of car and insurance combined). I was instructed to leave keys in the box after I return the car and I did so. The day after I returned the car, I got an email with car rent contract saying I made like 28 damages on the car (scratches and so on), but because I had full insurance, they gave me my deposit back. In the field where should I ve been signed, was some other signature. Of course I did no damage to car and also I have photos of the car from the time I rented it (showing the scratches were already there). Scammers

β β β β β Avoid at ALL COSTS. (It will save your money!!)
1- when we got the car at the airport they made us pay 75β¬ extra to : get the car at night and then 40β¬ because we had to change the credit card.
2- When we gave back the car (of course I need to mention we HAD NO ACCIDENT), The lady was looking for the smallest scratch on the car. She looked and looked and found something that we hadnβt seen when retrieving the car at 1am. Before checking she asked if we had insurance (as in, can I try to find something that I could charge you??).
Oh and the guy insulted me because I took a picture of the agency!! THOSE GUYS ARE BANDITS and dishonest business people

β β β β β AVOID THIS COMPANY!! β¬250 FOR A SMALL DENT NOT CAUSED BY US.
They want to make as much money as possible out of you. They insist that you check the car over on your own before you take it out, and donβt check it with you as is usual practice with hire companies.
On returning the car, they found a small (1cm) superficial dent in the car we had been using. There is nothing that we could have done that would have caused that damage. I had to accept responsibility for that damage before they could even tell me how much it was going to cost - and then they said that it would cost β¬250. See below for photos, but the small dent and the cost are totally disproportionate.
There are many other companies who are more reputable and actually care about their customers. Do not use this one - go with a company that will show you an ounce of respect.
