★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would strongly advise not to go for WINRENT and go for the regular rental companies at the airport. Winrent will attract you with very slightly cheaper rates but in the end you will end up paying more (like me and other clients that I have seen complaining when I picked up the car + when I return it. WINRENT is a scam machine! We rented a car for one week. Everything went well except when 2 weeks later I saw a charge on my card of 70 EUR. I called them and they said that they charged one extra day because I picked up the car 1 hour earlier. Indeed the contract had been back dated one hours earlier which I did not notice on the day of pick up. Even with the proof our our flight arrival time they did not want to refund me. Fortunately I was able to recover the money from American Express. But now more than 3 months after the issue today I see another charge from them for 40 EUR. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM MACHINE - be careful as I have never seen that many people angry in front of a car rental desk!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy from the desk has no english skills at all and not friendly. .my card has been rejected 3 times (2 times because pin incorrect -it has been used 5 mins ago for other stuff so can't be incorrect, 3rd time..card rejected-because no reason..)
The same guy from the desk offered me to rent a different car from another "company" with no papers at all..at a very big price..i would not recommend win rent in Bari airport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guys at the office were very nice and helpful. Everything went smooth, way better than expected. We booked directly on their website. We went from Bari to our apartment 100km away, then on the drop off date we booked another from Bari to Venice (because of our plane was cancelled....) If you pay for the insurance (wich is not a big amount) and you renturn the car with full fuel there wont be any problem. I see the 1 star ratings because of the credit card acceptance but in Italy you cant rent a car without credit card and its not Leasys fault that you dont know about it...
The car rent is cheap, and the people were nice, i can only recommend them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCAM ALERT! Always take a picture of how the key from the car fits into the key hole of the car before you drive the car away!!
They are trying to scam you, you had a try of break in. And don’t believe any of the workers telling you they’ll only be looking at the “small” things. The best is to film the worker in the parking lot looking at everything and commenting, to have proof of the car’s situation. They try to send you off without an exception of the car and give you a “new car contract” despite damage on the car.
At the desk we waited over an hour for 2 people in line before us, after finally getting to our turn (1,5h later than our schedule) the lady had the nerve to tell us we’ll still have to wait half an hour for the car as it is still in washing. Can you imagine?
I have no words to express the disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to very unpleasant and unkind service provider we would not recommend this car rental. Prepaid service but not accepting mobile app cards, not flexible at all. We were guided as to “try somewhere else”.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have very bad experience with Leasys. The guy in the office was very unfriendly and unflexible. We had problem with credit card and can not pick up the booked car. Other rental company accepted our card, but paid 500 EUR more.
