What is wrong with your company??? Get your act together. We rented a car in 2018. I got a parking ticket (welcome to Italy), got charged by sixt to "handle" it. You guys did nothing: absolutely nothing but harass me until TODAY (in 2021). I paid your fee a long time ago by wire transfer - a fee that does nothing at all. I had to ask a friend from Italy to help me pay the fine directly in a bank because NO one is helpful in your company. A few days ago, I received a COLLECTION letter for 100 and change euros for an original fee of $36 that was paid a long time ago. Your accounting dept is a mess. I tried to email them many times proof of payment and never heard from anyone. I would not get a car from you again, even for free. You are the Single most disorganized, messy, rude, full of bureaucracy company anyone can find just to rent a car.

We had a great experience with Sixt, when renting for 4 days in beginning of September. I would book again with SIxt, as they simply have the best car fleet out of all companies. True that prices are higher than others, but i got upgraded to a brand new BMW for a reasonable price, paid one fuel tank from the start, so i did not have to bother fuelling the car on return. Ms Clarissa was quite helpful and efficient, we arrived after 23.00 but managed quite fast to get on the road, thanks!

Watch out from this car rental!! They added Extra fees with out any notice. Premium location fee of 16% from the entire amount! (Airport is not a premium location) Watch out from this scam! They will add the extra charge only after returning the car with out detail the amount of extra fees

Very professional and friendly service. Good, new and clean cars (mostly German brands like VW, BMW). Cars are very good equipped. Free update. Fair price for good service. No tricks or problems that are common by cheap rentals. Definitely good choice for vacation in Italy.

Extremely disappointed. I had prepaid car hire reservation. When arriving at the Sixt desk, and after sitting and filling documents for around 15 minutes. I was informed by the person at the desk, that I cannot get car because they do not accept Revolut cards. I have card clearly stating it is Mastercard. This was the card I used to onlne prepay for their services. There was no mention in English about the fact that the cards issued by Revolut bank are not accepted. Beware - SIxt in Bari is not reliable and I would recommend against using them! I am now in touch with Revolut bank and also with the online reservation portal, to request refund. But again DO NOT USE SIXT!

Sixt is usually my preferred rent a car company. But not in Bari after April 2022 experience. Staff not present to provide the vehicle! No refund despite no car used for the duration of my Puglia stay. The subsequent dishonesty and β€œcustomer is always wrong” attitude suggests best go elsewhere.

Renting twice already from Sixt at Bari airport - every single time amazing service. Two times had a small bump/upgrade in the car rented, very clear and professional attitude. Good cars, good people there!

I was a bit worried to rent a car in Italy, after reading some horrible reviews. Choosing Sixt at Bari Airport was a good idea, service was excellent (grazzie to Nicola who was on duty that day), the car brand new, spacious and very comfortable (Ford S Max). Reuturning process was easy and deposit returned the day after our trip was over.
