★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be aware... they trying to cheat you always! I did 2 bookings with them via the Ryanair website.... each time they gave me totally and countless scratched cars ... when you return the car they will find additional scratches and try to charge up to 1600 Euro for repairs...but in truth they just take the money and never repair their cars... Never ever again... next time I voluntarily pay more for a serious and honest company like Europcar or similar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I takes hours to pick up previously booked car. Dont bother filling the form online, they will do the same at the reception. The system is not compatible with branches. I booked on firefly page with additional insurance so they block only 200 eur but the lady at the airport told me they will block 600 eur! Be patient. At least I was given good car fully equiped.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happy with car but very unhappy with customer service. Long waiting for car, misinformation about deposit leading to extra charges and no communication afterwards to solve the problem. Its cheap car but next time I will rather spend more with rental where they treat their customers with manners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a car at Bari Airport, this is one of the cheapest rentals available for young drivers, this is one of the only companies who accept drivers of 23 years old without asking extra costs. I rented a ford fiesta model on the site and I got a Volkswagen Golf. This was an excellent car. Instructions of the company are mentioned on a billboard at the airport. They work very fast and I had no problems with the payment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful with these guys. They charge you 30€ refuel charge if you don't return the car with a full tank. They advise you to bring a receipt from a petrol station within 10k of the airport and the one just by the airport doesn't seem to accept foreign cards (we tried four different ones from the UK, credit and debit).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we arrive in Bari on 12.5.2019 to pick up our paid rental car. when we arrived , we had to pay a deposit, but we realize we forgot our credit card at home. we offered to pay with cash, we were refused. then i asked them if they could change the number of days for our reservation and take the rest of the amount as a deposit. they refused. then , some people offered to pay our deposit ,because we are a family with 2 small children and outside was raining , the children were crying, they refused! we were left on the rain . then the next day in the early morning we went back with our credit card to pay the deposit and they said our rental reservation was cancelled because we did not pick up the car the day before!! so we had to pay the full amount again in order to get the car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reading the comments before the trip worried me a lot especially we have already booked a car with them through Ryanair. However we decided to give them a try and it turned out a good experience. Budget solution. The young female staff who received us was very friendly and the procedure was fast. The car was in good condition and the internal of the car was clean. She even marked down the scratch points on the car surface before we left the office. The car return procedure also smooth. Maybe we were just lucky or they have improved their services.
