★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rental car office is not at the airport. You need to get there with a shuttle. Shuttle didn’t arrive in 30min after plane arrived even though they had the flight number. Loosing minimum an hour with this fraud.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever! Customer service 0. The phone number in the reservation email did not work, after 60 minutes someone finaly picked up and told us in 10 minutes they pick us up - did not happen. We did not even get the car. NOT RECOMENDED! It is not worth it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid as much as you can! We have made online reservation and paid up-front for the rental, unfortunately once we've arrived the car was not rent to us due to lack of credit card. The employee did confirmed that we will receive a full refund but now it is impossible to get the funds back. Scammers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not rent from these people. It is a rip-off. No service. High prices and no help at all. Because I was late with my plane they charged me 530 Euros more on my already high rental price of 800 Euros .The total cost 1330 Euros for 10 days !!!!!!!!
Rentalcars.com seems to be part also of the problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCAMMERS !!! An employee at the airport informed us that we can easily cancel the booking and we will get a 100% refund. After contacting customer service, it turned out that there is no such option. We paid the full amount for the week of renting a car, and finally we did not even see the car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is one word to explain the experience and that is - HORRIBLE. Total ripoff , charged us 100€ for being 1 hour late for a car that rated 90 € for 4 days. Why they charged us so much - because they add “insurance”. But what insurance do you add to a car that is not to be driven? Never use this company again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The woman who attended us in the pick up point was extremely rude. I got shouted at for everything and she kept rolling her eyes and making inappropriate gestures during the whole conversation. It was very stressful to deal with her, and she didn’t want to give us proof that we had paid 600€ deposit with a debit card, which made me worry for the rest of the trip because I didn’t know if I would get the money back.
Luckily the customer service was more easy going, they were a bit hard to reach (I managed through instagram in the end), but once I did, everything went pretty smooth and we got our deposit back.

I met Noleggiare because of the manager Francesca Quarta.
She really did her best to make my short journey in Bari very comfortable.
I found a super service and a top car waiting for me.
I use to rent a car very often but,this was my first time with noleggiare and I must say it was my best choice ever.
I suggest to rent a car with Noleggiare, you can’t find better company than this .
Don’t waist time to look for others .
