J	Jack Ingilby on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were provided with no details of how to pick up the car so it took us an hour to get to the pickup location by which time they told us (very smugly) that our voucher had expired due to late pick up and then refused to take us back to the airport so we we had to walk 20 mins in the sun with heavy bags to get another car from a more reputable firm. The walk was worth it to avoid give any more money to them. The worst start to a holiday I've ever had. I will certainly never be using this company again and would recommend that no one else should be suckerd in by the cheap price.

Try to sell extra insurance and they give the worse scenario if something happens like if you driving in a war zone. We rent with them to avoid golden car to find out only when we were there that is actually the same company...Probably so many people are avoiding them that they created a new company to get customers again. When we returned the car they were ready to charge for scratches that were there already, I am glad I took pictures of all of them before taking the car
E	Eirik S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can only confirm what I see in previous reviews. I rented a car with Interrent, through a third party, in March 2019. Although I had paid extra for a full insurance the staff made it very clear that if I did not take their insurance package on top of mine I would face claims. This seems to be the M.O. of the company: renting cars at a low price, but making profits on the insurance sales or claiming damages. I decided to pay the insurance, to avoid having to spend much time on paperwork fighting a damage claim I was certain I would get after the trip. The state of existing damages (scratches etc.) was massively underreported on the documents, so if you do rent a car without their extra insurance I would make sure to make photographic evidence of the state of the car at handover and be prepared for a long fight to get your guarantee back.

I prepaid 500€ for a rental and the company refused to provide the car after we waited 1 hour outside under the sun, without any refund because I didn't have a credit card. This is totally inacceptable as a debit/credit card doesn't make any difference for the service provider. Other companies are cheaper and accept debit cards at the airport.
P	Pablo Penades on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever! They tried to rip us off asking us to pay services for which we had already paid. They tried to confuse us to accept their skamful conditions and scare us to pay extra features. Not only that, they spoke to us in a highly disrespectful way and refused to listen to us. The worst part was they were about to sign us extra conditions even when I clearly said several times to not do so (just because they wanted us to pay more money). In the end, we obviously left without renting the car we had booked. Please don’t ever rent a car with them, there are much more economical and overall better rental services at the airport.
V	Vladimir Molico on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude, unhelpful and exploitative! It's a total SCAM! Ruined the beginning of our trip to Italy!!! Avoid at all costs - they basically forced us to pay an extra £200 in insurance for an £160 original rental cost (including the 'extra' insurance sold on Expedia). Apparently any basic and extra insurance you might buy through Expedia and the likes doesn't cover anything on their price list!!! They also tell you that 'it's Italy here' and there are lots of thefts and bad drivers around... If you do end up there, make sure you have a credit card on the driver's name, otherwise they will essentially leave you without a car even if you already paid everything in full. I saw a young traveler in front of us leaving in tears as they were sent off without a car on Sunday afternoon even though they paid in advance. The company didn't even bother changing the reservation on a relative's name so they could use a CC. Nothing helpful came from their direction. The company is a long walk away, in a remote area without Internet or stable mobile signal so looking for alternatives in 30 Celsius is not a valid option. They know this and play on it. I wonder how they still manage to operate, especially through vendors such as Expedia.
J	John O'Connor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy pickup, have my own annual excess insurance cover so no hassle re buying theirs. Got the car I expected (Fiat 500L). Easy drop off. What more could you ask for? Two weeks later they called to say they had found an iPhone behind rear seats (my son lost his first day). They shipped it back for free. I hadn’t even told them he’d lost it so hats off to them for figuring it out. Can’t fault them!
Z	Zoltán ef on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have booked and prepaid Ford Focus Compact category reservation via Rentalcars with basic assurance and a reasonable independent assurance covering the full excess. At Bari Airport the agent tried to press us to take a full insurance for trice more cost than the independent we have already. Because we insisted to the original reservation and condition, the agent informed us there is no Ford Focus, so we have pushed to agree an other car type, a Renault Capture for extra fee! But this car was not an upgrade for extra fee but downgrade, It could be checked based on the price list on the rentals sites or fleet list. The agent was success, the expected extra fees was tricked up , that is true, not for an extra insurance but for an "up"grade.
