Worst car rental company we have ever experience. Queues for over an hour and the service was awful, the employees did not care and were in no rush to serve people. They also charge a €30 fine if there are any bugs on the windscreen. Absolutely ludicrous!! Also, our flight was delayed by half an hour which is obviously no fault of our own, and they charged us more everyday for the car because they had apparently ‘already given away our car’ that we booked because our flight was delayed. Do not use this company as they are a scam.

Clearly looking to reject your booking if they have a chance ? We arrived late in the evening, with one infant and tired. Now officially most rental companies ask for credit cards, but we successfully used our debit card in a lot of places where the requirements were the same ( Dubai, Malta ). When we arrived at the desk, the employee asked for a credit card, then took my card and run the code in their system to determine the type. They didn’t even tried to charge the card and told me that I cant get the car in a neutral tone. No compassion, no help offered, no other solution. There is no upgrade to premium coverage that does not require a deposit. There is nothing you can do and your money is lost. So don’t try them with a debit card and reading the other comments you may want to avoid them even if you have a credit card......

This company by far has been the worst customer service experience of my life. Our flight was delayed from Naples to Sicily, and so we arrived late to pick-up. Upon arrival at the counter, we were greeted with unhappy faces and sour attitudes. As a result of being delayed, they cancelled our booking completely and refused to issue us a refund. They said initially that we have to call their support staff (despite the fact that we were standing at the counter, speaking to a representative). Once we were finally able to patch through to a phone representative, they told us that they had cancelled the booking completely. We will be issuing a case through our credit card company since they won’t issue the refund directly. When I asked to speak to a manager, we were ignored completely. I then was getting very frustrated and I asked the staff why they were pretending to not hear me. I got no response, no eye contact, and a big fat dramatic eye roll. There was no positivity in this experience. There was actually nothing to redeem this company’s credibility. It was the biggest waste of time this entire trip, since it ate 30 minutes out of our paid vacation. I’m frankly disgusted with how bad these scam artists truly are at performing a service. I would recommend this service to nobody and I really hope whoever reads this review reconsiders their choice to use InterRent’s scam service.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Child UNfriendly. Weak customer service. We’ve fully paid the car in advance. Unluckily, my mother-in-law’s luggage got lost at the airport, hence we’ve arrived late. My husband agreed with the worker at the stand that we will get the car anyway (he has phoned his manager for approval) and left to help his mother at the lost and found stand at the airport. While my husband was away, I was standing in front of their stand with our 9 months old baby to make sure that nothing is going to change. We’ve waited for more than 1 hour. The baby was tired, hungry and thirsty. I was quite stressed too to be honest and fatigue after the flight. When my husband and mother-in-law finally arrived, the employee said that our reservation has been canceled. We were shocked, because nobody from the employees warned me. My husband tried to safe this problem in a polite way. Nevertheless, the employee didn’t want to make any exception and aggressively repeated the same answer many times: “We cannot break our rules!” Even though we’ve had an excuse that the luggage was lost they didn’t want to make any exception. In addition they seemed not to care about our baby at all. We didn’t understand their rude and unacceptable behavior, since the car was available and our reservation was fully paid in advance. After approximately 1 hour of discussion with the unfriendly staff and losing lots of nerves they finally gave us a car. We still had to pay a fine for being late... Usually I am not leaving any negative feedbacks, but I don’t want anyone, especially with kids to suffer as well as having a similar experience. We will NEVER use their services again!!!

Would 100% not recommend. 3 people in front of me also had problems getting their cars, there was only 1 employee attending a long queue of customers, they find any small excuse not to continue with the booking while keeping your money. You really need to read the terms and conditions which also change according to their convenience because they are owned by a bigger company called GoldCar which has different terms and conditions. Their customer service is terrible on the phone and by mail it takes them 30 days to get back to you. In the end they took all my money and didnt get a car. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM

Still waiting for my prepaid fuel cost to be returned. Despite them claiming a full to full service, they still want you to pay for a full tank before hand. Getting close to a month since I returned the car full.

That's the biggest scam. We paid a car with interentun online via check 24 at € 192.00. Insurance was already included. When we arrived we were told we can only get the car if we pay another € 240. Since we had to rely on it and had no time, we had to take it. It's just the biggest scam ever. Please never go there! They're just kidding!
