Spatola posteriore già consumata all'atto della consegna, centralina difettosa per cui ho dovuto cambiarla dopo nemmeno 1 mese dall'acquisto, peraltro in un altro concessionario Volkswagen per completa mancanza di assistenza da parte dell'incaricato del concessionario che mi aveva seguito nell'acquisto (per decenza non faccio nomi). Esperienza pessima, superficialità estrema!!!
Collected new car with parts still missing and not assembled for the expected delivery day set for 1 month! Rear spatula already worn at the time of delivery, faulty control unit so I had to change it after less than 1 month from purchase, however, in another Volkswagen dealer for complete lack of assistance from the dealer who had followed me in the purchase (for decency I do not mention names). Bad experience, extreme superficiality !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un ingresso con rampe di scale è un po' insolito per una concessionaria d'auto. Showroom piccolo con sole 3 auto esposte al piano rialzato ed una macchina al piano di sopra con altre rampe di scale da fare senza ascensore. Insomma considerata la gamma Volkswagen sembra un po' sottotono. Venditori disponibili e socievoli.
A stairway entrance is somewhat unusual for a car dealership. Small showroom with only 3 cars on the mezzanine floor and one car upstairs with other flights of stairs to do without a lift. In short, considering the Volkswagen range it seems a bit subdued. Friendly and helpful salespeople.

Prenoto dal sito internet VW il test drive per la Golf 8 hybrid.
Parlo prima con il call center VW, poi con la concessionaria che mi conferma l'appuntamento per il test drive.
Arrivo in concessionaria, dopo essersi persi l'appuntamento, gli mostro il loro SMS di conferma prenotazione e per tutta risposta: "No la Golf non ce l'abbiamo... C'è stato un blocco proprio con le Golf... Non ti so dire neache quando e se ce la mandano".
Stanco di sentire scuse, giro i tacchi e vado via, bah.

I book the test drive for the Golf 8 hybrid from the VW website.
I speak first with the VW call center, then with the dealership who confirms the appointment for the test drive.
I arrive at the dealership, after having missed the appointment, I show them their booking confirmation SMS and in response: "No, we don't have the Golf ... There was a block with the Golf ... I can tell you not even when and if they send it to us ".
Tired of hearing excuses, I turn my heels and walk away, bah.
