★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pur trattando un autoveicolo da circa 40.000 €, vengo rimbalzato telefonicamente con parola di essere ricontattato. Cosa mai avvenuta. Mi trovo in concessionaria dove il dealer,intenzionalmente mi scavalca,ricevendo clienti arrivati dopo di me. Sorvolo su altre " amenità " e mantengo un basso profilo. Sicuramente sarò un cliente esigente,ma ciò non giustifica certi comportamenti.
While dealing with a vehicle worth about € 40,000, I am bounced over by phone with the word to be contacted. What never happened. I am in the dealership where the dealer intentionally bypasses me, receiving customers who arrived after me. I overlook other "amenities" and keep a low profile. I will certainly be a demanding customer, but this does not justify certain behaviors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza legata all'aver accompagnato un caro amico per il 1° tagliando della macchina acquistata da loro due anni fa. Concessionaria moderna nella concezione dei locali e nella gestione delle vendite e, soprattutto, nella cura e nel follow-up del cliente: precisione nella gestione degli appuntamenti, praticamente nessun tempo di attesa all'arrivo e velocità nella consegna (macchina consegnata in officina alle 9:15 e restituita alle 16:20, con tagliando completo di cambio pastiglie freni e riparazione di un finestrino che vibrava), il tutto condito da professionalità, una carezzina sul conto corretto ma di certo non economico e gentilezza decisamente informale (unico neo, per me, il dare del "tu" ad un cliente dal momento in cui arriva anche quando il cliente ha il triplo dei tuoi anni, cosa di cui il mio amico non si è affatto, sia chiaro, lamentato.). Infine, la promessa di una telefonata per verificare che tutto sia a posto!

Finally, the promise of a phone call to make sure everything is okay!
