Incompetente il reparto officina, la macchina "Audi A3" presentava un rumore proveniente dal vano motore, simile a un cuscinetto usurato, per rendere l'idea, problema che da tre mesi ormai si presentava tutti i giorni solo a motore freddo. Lascio l'auto da loro, dopo due giorni mi chiamano dicendomi che l'auto non presentava alcun rumore, incredulo e spiazzato da questa risposta vado a riprendermi l'auto, dopo aver pagato 50 euro per nulla gli faccio accendere l'auto e magicamente il rumore si è presentato, dopo molte scuse che si è cercato per coprire il disagio, questo tizio che risponde al elefono dell'officina mi dice che mi chiamava il giorno dopo per rilasciargli l'auto dopo i giorni festivi, la cosa peggiore che non è arrivata nessuna chiamata da quasi 1 settimana ormai. Questa la chiamo incompetenza e voglia di non lavorare. Eliminate questi soggetti e prendete chi veramente è all'altezza per questo marchio. Bad experience. Incompetent the workshop department, the "Audi A3" car had a noise coming from the engine compartment, similar to a worn bearing, to give an idea, a problem that for three months now occurred every day only when the engine was cold. I leave the car with them, after two days they call me and tell me that the car did not present any noise, incredulous and displaced by this answer I go to take the car back, after paying 50 euros for nothing I make them start the car and magically the noise presented itself, after many excuses that we tried to cover up the inconvenience, this guy who answers the garage phone tells me that he would call me the next day to release the car after the holidays, the worst thing that not no calls have come in for almost 1 week now. I call this incompetence and the desire not to work. Eliminate these subjects and take who truly is up to this brand.

Auto Ford di fascia bassa con motori orrendi ma questo non dipende dalla concessionaria. Come tutte le concessionarie mille domande inutili e invadenti. Bad experience. Cars previously unavailable with the signed contract I discover that other cars were available. Low-end Ford cars with hideous engines but that doesn't depend on the dealership. Like all dealerships, a thousand useless and intrusive questions.

Che sanno consigliare al meglio i clienti, o meglio non ti vogliono convincere ad ogni costo a fare scelte non on linea coni tuoi progetti. High-profile Volswagen and Audi dealership. Staff very well prepared with many cars available for testing. Who know how to best advise customers, or rather they don't want to convince you at any cost to make offline choices with your projects.

Ma da quello che ho visto quasi tutti sono poco cortesi, rispondono ad ogni richiesta fatta con un'arroganza come se tutti nasciamo a bordo di un audi.
